Hi everyone! This is our follow on video with Maya from Dubai! Just an update Maya is still single as of this point in time!
In this video we answer some of the questions that you guys have sent out from the previous video!

Great convo and message Sir Marvin! Gawa pa po kayo ng maraming ganitong interviews with people who started small, who started as regular employees, who started with nothing but at the end, they reach success, true wealth and happiness. Why have some comments about the interviewer?
Interviewer needs to control the topic, time and point of view. Needless to say judging with the situation e parang ambush interview pa ang ginawa so kailangan talaga e mabilis. I think the point is made clear, save early, get an insurance then invest, be financially literate, start early...that's the point of the interview.

I am also working abroad like her, I've been working in japan as a nurse for five years..
tulad nya naging spender dn ako sa unang taon at nag ipon pero di nag iinvest..
when I learned how to invest and had life-changing realization. dun ako nag simula mag plan ng goals ko at mag focus sa kung ano ba ang gusto ko ma achieve sa buhay ko..
nag Invest ako sa paper asset, business and agricultural sector.
ang mahlaga is nag eenjoy ka sa ginagawa mo.. any mistakes and failure is a wonderful revenue for you.. just dont be a gambler, study and understand every decision you make wether in investment or businesses..

11:28 mahirap i-save 90% ng income mo pag maliit lang ang income na meron ka pero kung tulad niya na malaki ang income di nakakagulat na pwede niyang magawa yun
single palang kasi sya at wala pang asawa at anak pero tingin ko kaya niya maintain nya kasi multiple business siya
Business minded din ako somehow but most of the time spender hahaha. Dami ko na nasalihan na investment even networking pinatos ko naka ilang company din ako nun and until now stil searching for the right business na paglalaanan ko ng oras. Nakakapagod mag trabaho sa totoo lang wala namam kase yumayaman sa pagiging empleyado lang. Thank you sir for sharing this video. Keep on vlogging.🤗

Di naman magulo. So inspiring!
Ako at 30 i am retired dahil sa condo investments. At 21 i bought a condo in manila and then rent it out tapos at 23 i bought another one near taguig and rent it out. At 25 i started focusing in crypto (bitcoin( and that is the main reason i am retired.

@@stocksmarts_ As a woman, I think napaka importante matutunan yung mindset ni Maya, Sir Marvin. Women nowadays are quite passive na din kasi and mabilis sumuko on life's challenges. Basically, how she surpassed and what are some of the things that she went through and how she got out of it are one of the things I wanna learn from her. Hehe nakisagot na lang din.

Again- comprehension is obviously "dead" to lotsa pinoys, sad to say; this was a free-flowing talk between 2 dynamic people- so what's there not to comprehend?! Napaka-claro ng usapan eh. For me, if you can't understand and/or like dynamism, then go for the slow, boring presenters. This was a very natural, very live interview, and uber informative. If one can't hack the speed of the discussion here, brush up on your listening & comprehension. Libre na ngalang ito eh, hihiritan pa ("Me-Ma" lang, tsk tsk); nde nalang matuwa sa learnings. Anyway- rock on, Marvin; keep staying on point.

20 years old ako now nasa USA, nagtatrabaho and hindi din makauwi sa pinas because hindi sapat ang ipon. I started investing after I got my first job because I realized na I would only lose my money/savings if it’s not invested. Ayoko din maging employee forever working for other people’s dream. Kaya gusto ko din maging entrepreneur/businessman. This video/interview inspires me a lot. It made me think that I should aim higher, and never settle for less. Gusto ko magstart na business sa pinas because it will give job opportunities for our fellow Filipinos. I can earn profit while also helping other people. I aim to accomplish that before I turn 21. Magagawa ko lang yun by starting now, taking risks, leveraging my time, learning more, and working hard. Thanks for the video sir Marvin and the interviewee! 😊
