Hi everyone! This is our follow on video with Maya from Dubai! Just an update Maya is still single as of this point in time!

Talagang nakaka-inspire si Mam, at a young age andami na nya na-achieve at nag-invest talaga sya sa financial education. Maganda-Matalino-Humble. Okay naman yung interview parang tropa mo lang na nakakwentuhan mo at ang main purpose is to share the good vibes and inspire others.
20 years old ako now nasa USA, nagtatrabaho and hindi din makauwi sa pinas because hindi sapat ang ipon. I started investing after I got my first job because I realized na I would only lose my money/savings if it’s not invested. Ayoko din maging employee forever working for other people’s dream. Kaya gusto ko din maging entrepreneur/businessman. This video/interview inspires me a lot. It made me think that I should aim higher, and never settle for less. Gusto ko magstart na business sa pinas because it will give job opportunities for our fellow Filipinos. I can earn profit while also helping other people. I aim to accomplish that before I turn 21. Magagawa ko lang yun by starting now, taking risks, leveraging my time, learning more, and working hard. Thanks for the video sir Marvin and the interviewee! 😊

Again- comprehension is obviously "dead" to lotsa pinoys, sad to say; this was a free-flowing talk between 2 dynamic people- so what's there not to comprehend?! Napaka-claro ng usapan eh. For me, if you can't understand and/or like dynamism, then go for the slow, boring presenters. This was a very natural, very live interview, and uber informative. If one can't hack the speed of the discussion here, brush up on your listening & comprehension. Libre na ngalang ito eh, hihiritan pa ("Me-Ma" lang, tsk tsk); nde nalang matuwa sa learnings. Anyway- rock on, Marvin; keep staying on point.

Wow grabe I’m impressed po talga. Ako 15 years na rin ako sa Kuwait sad to say wala po akong ganong kalaking ipon. Pero at least natututo na po ako unti unti through the help of IMG community d2 sa Kuwait. At syempre ng mga natutunan ko pong learnings sa channel nyo po ay sa iba pang financial literacy channels. Let’s consider the fact that she worked in Dubai. Malaki talaga ang kita dun lalo na accountant pa siya. Dito sa Pilipinas, kahit professional ka at double degree holder pa ang liit pa rin ng sweldo kaya hanggang ipon lang talaga ang mga tao. Walang surplus money for investment. And I’m sure she has plenty of advantages-that other people don’t normally have-to enable her to succeed at such a young age.

it is an advantage if you came from a well off family , it is easier to do anything. Hope all hardworking and dedicated people can have opportunities as well , at hindi nag iisa, marami sya katulong at kaagapay sa businesses.
Why have some comments about the interviewer?
Interviewer needs to control the topic, time and point of view. Needless to say judging with the situation e parang ambush interview pa ang ginawa so kailangan talaga e mabilis. I think the point is made clear, save early, get an insurance then invest, be financially literate, start early...that's the point of the interview.
Great convo and message Sir Marvin! Gawa pa po kayo ng maraming ganitong interviews with people who started small, who started as regular employees, who started with nothing but at the end, they reach success, true wealth and happiness. I'll take this as a convo between friends and not like a talkshow that need formalities as to flow of conversation. Keep it up Sir! Inspire us! I just wanted to know paano po nakakuha ng work in Dubai c Maam Maya as accountant 😊

In this interview, Marvin is a very organized person, the girl however is not. She seems to be a go with the flow type of person at first. But I admire her courage and being a risk-taker at a young age. And I hope she'll have more conviction and concrete principles/beliefs in terms of owning your growth and really being financial literate. Hope she succeed in all her businesses/investments. :) More power to your channel sir Marvin!

sa una parang excited silang dalawa para kasing barkada sila na bagong kita. But as the interview progress naging okay naman nagrelax na yung interviewer. So just finish it . malaki yata kita nya abroad kaya madali sya nakapag invest

Dami ko na nasalihan na investment even networking pinatos ko naka ilang company din ako nun and until now stil searching for the right business na paglalaanan ko ng oras. This is my biggest regret, i wish i knew about investments in my younger days. Maswerte ang mga young generation today as they have better access in learning about investment, kaso lang yong iba ayaw pa rin. I was already late when i went full time with my investment and just thankful that i joined the right people of same mindset and with very good mentor. Financial Literacy is the key!

Ako at 30 i am retired dahil sa condo investments. At 21 i bought a condo in manila and then rent it out tapos at 23 i bought another one near taguig and rent it out. At 25 i started focusing in crypto (bitcoin( and that is the main reason i am retired.

Basically, how she surpassed and what are some of the things that she went through and how she got out of it are one of the things I wanna learn from her. Hehe nakisagot na lang din.
