She used to be a spender buying tons of stuff! She even bought 7 Colehans in one go! That’s how much of a spender she was!

Eto Waifumura marami po sir. I have an investment in real estate, lending, buying and selling of cars, stock market, at salary from my regular job which gives me 75% of my cashflow monthly. Pinakamalaki na nagbibigay is salary since I’m an OFW. Stock market gives me the lowest since I’m not a trader, I buy and hold for the long term and from last year that I started until now, it gave me 10% ROI.
I’m currently 22 po and i’m buying tricycle for cashflow income I already have one hehe

Divine Diva use Financial calculator, I don’t know how its work in Philippines, but try to check in any bank website. Find how much money you need to save a month in able for you to achieve your goal savings in 5 years.. and things to consider when your doing investments.. Tax implications on capital gain or in withdrawal, is it compounding in return, is there’s any guaranteed on return otherwise you need to understand the fluctuations of the market. And ask yourself what is your volatility when it comes to investing, are you happy with 3% as long as your capital will be protected? Search and you will achieve your goal.. good luck..🙏

But what I am sure of is I want to buy a stock market share na may magandang bigayan ng dividend at the same time passive earning, kasi ayaw ko ma hassle sa buy and sell thing. I really want to work hard para maka earn and buy stock sa ibat ibang company. How much money/ shares should I buy to earn at the same time tamang amount lang ng money ang meron ako. Im so confused with the computation to know how much I will earn annually. Sana may magawa ka po na vid ng computation na may specific sample amount ng share na meron ka at equation if how malaman magkano kikitain mo.

I know Maya personally she was a beauty queen in our municipality di ko malalaman yan kung di ko sya nakapartner sa pagiging abay sa kasal 😂😂😂😂. gusto ko na rin maginvest sa stock market but I dont know where to go and whom to speak with. Buy stocks when it's cheap, then it's a waiting game. You loose from mutual funds because of paying people so much commission. Go with direct investing stocks, buy the good ones with dividends. Blue chip stocks for long term.
