Here’s the our second video with Venus! For those who missed the first video, Venus is a 26 year old OFW in Singapore who now has 3 condos and she wants to buy 10 more.
She is already investing in the stock market and now wants to start trading.
She has a lot of cash.
She saves 20% of her income and invests 40%.
She lives off the remaining 40% but still also has a budget to help her enjoy life.
She is hustling hard and spending less while she is young!

I disagree.... some people realize things late in life. Even if you are in your 40s or 50s, ITS NEVER TOO LATE to do things for your dreams or $$$..
I agree with you as well, i am just starting at my current age of 54, i never tried any of this when i was still young,
YES! We are all competing with our own pace. Some people become CEO at early stage and died in early 50s.... some became a president at the age 70+...The important part is there are a lot opportunity waiting for us to explore :).

Very agree. I'm now 41, already have a family. children of 3. I admit i wasted a lot of time because of depression and frustrations. Now i have to restart my life with my family. Gusto ko maitakas family ko sa extremely narcissistic father in law.

Im owning a Pizza Business right now and i am happy serving my townspeople.. that's a good mindset for me to just enjoy what I am doing as compared to me na working in a company 8 hours. that's true Marvin.. at first yun din talaga ang purpose ko why i want to venture into this even if it's late.. to prepare for my retirement.. but now that you've mention it, it's not really retirement that i want, it's because I want to give myself an opportunity to do what I want to do, earn as much as i want, be able to control my time... and more.. kasi isa lang ang life and not that I don't love my job, i love my job because it's my bread and butter, but I want more.... I'm turning 50 next year but i hope it's not too late... the world can still be my oyster...

Trust me this girl will learn the hard way. The condo market is not shiny as it seems. Been there done that. Yang mga “market value” na yan sa papel lang yan but not realizable. Bubble ang condo market dyan sa Pinas. When u sell ur unit you’d be competing with brand new units offered in installments by the developers, plus hundreds of other units sold by desperate owners.
The approach of Marvin Germo is correct. You have to have multiple streams of income coming in. Passive income wherein, you could be asleep yet, still be making monies. You Tube videos, rental properties, stock trades and investments.

try to learn as much then teach your kids to start investing early, so when they get rich they have the means to take care of you, if your still alive by that time, if not, then atleast you have left them something valuable.

u must conduct ur own research if u are going to invest in real estate..dont trust fully what the agent says coz they are only after on commissions..do ur part..😊👌

Hi ask ko lang worth it po ba talaga yung condo na investment meron na po kasi akong isang condo may umuupa na rin kaso lang 20years to pay good thing yung rent dina ko nag babayad at sa miscellaneous fee kaya lang parang ang tagal ko pa po makukuha yung income after 20 years pa po kaya parang ayaw ko na kumuha ulit ng condo or okay lang po yung ganitong setup?

Medyo misleading. She has no real assets yet. She just made reservations for 3 condos at the preselling stage. This is too risky. Her money is not earning anything at present. If she loses her job, she won’t be able to complete those deals, and she’ll lose her deposit. Too much risk taking. You should be careful encouraging her to take this much risk.
