  • Hey guys, today we are going to look at how to break down and clean a spyderco tenacious, as well as how to install aftermarket scales on the knife. the scales you see in this video are of my own making via 3d printing. If you want to see more about this particular knife check out some of the other videos on our channel where we show exactly how we modified this knife, how we made the bead seen on this knife, and how we tied the lanyard. If you have any questions then feel free to leave a comment below and we will get back to you as soon as possible!!

Tenacious LW in S35VN. Knife Center, DLT Trading, Blade HQ, GP knives, White Mountain Knives...Got mine a few weeks ago from Knife Works. Sadly, it looks like no one has one in stock right now. Some are taking pre-orders though.

The customization that I did is pretty similar to that, it would be sweet to get one in s35vn!!

Do you happen to sell those 3D printed scales I would be interested in a price for some jade colored scales for the tenacious!!! Very informative video and thanks

I personally don’t, do you have a 3D printer? I can send you a link to someone else’s design!

You did not have to cut off the entire lanyard. Also, I would love a tenacious with white g10 that’s been rubbed by denim to create a blue weathered look.

S35, D2, wood scales, etc, anything like that makes this not a $45 knife any longer tho.
