How to calculate my protein in take for fatloss / Weight loss

Sir pls suggest something for my mother who is suffering from arthritis. How can she take proteins
If non veg - eat chicken, eggs, fish, milk, paneer, soya and other items made from it in your daily diet.
If veg - chole, rajma, paneer, soya, milk, all dals.
Remember any source coming from animal is a complete protein and has all amino acids.
All protein source coming from plants except soya has incomplete amino acids so need to eat with rice and roti.
All food items needs to be in a specific quantity. 1 katori dal and 3 chapatis or rice won’t serve the purpose.
2-3 katori legumes, 2-3 katori dal with 1 roti and salad roughly should be the quantity.
please suggest some good brands as well

These supplements are not for weight loss. As the name suggests, they are supplements and not whole food.
For weightloss that you would mean to cut down fat you need to be in calorie deficit of your TDEE.

Start weight training 3-4 times a week atleast.
Increase protein intake minimum of 1gm per 1kg of your current bodyweight.
Introduce HIIT 1-2 times for 12-15 mins in a week.
3-4 litres of water everyday
Increase step count to 6.5k-7.5k

Sir I am 5' but my weight is 59 kg... It's overweight. My goal is 50-52 kg and I go to gym and workout for 1.5 hrs but my weight is consistent. I am increasing my weight training but after that I feel exhausted even after taking protein in diet. What should I do???
Don't worry about weight 59 is not excessive. Focus on body weight composition. If you have 35% + muscle mass % you are doing great. Focus on how you feel instead of focusing on some ideal number. If you feel tired after workout, don't do it every day. Give yourself enough time to recover. Try alternative days. Reduce carbohydrates and increase plant based protien. The important thing is to enjoy your workouts and feel good. Good luck!
@@Deepak-zn6tb absolutely what deepak has mentioned is a way to go for you. Seems like you are over training your muscles and giving enough time to recover. Also, fatloss and muscle building is a slow process and may be you are putting on muscle and reducing fat at the same time and that’s the reason weight is same. Include other factors to track fatloss like measuring tape around waist and belly.
