    I was pleasantly surprised by this Kriya. Thanks to you both. It was brief and a perfect way to start my morning during what is a very stress time.

      Simple is more effective than hard though we convince ourselves otherwise. Glad you had a powerful experience of that. Love for your day.

    Exactly the release I needed. This built a mirror in my mind and affirmation to let down the walls keeping me safe since childhood. They worked then, but block now. It's time for them to come down. Thank you for creating a resource for me to ground and comfort my terrified inner child as we renovate.

Like popping up every cycle in my life . Anyways thank u for showing up with this kriya at the right time . Sat Nam ✨🤍😘

    Many thanks for another beautiful & medicinal practice! 💛 Random (or not-so-random?) question: is it ok to do 2 meditations in a row? For instance, if I wanted to add the prosperity meditation to the end of this practice which already has a meditation, would that be a sort of overkill? My gut says yes-no-maybe, so just curious about your thoughts.

    • @YogaVisionOnline
      @YogaVisionOnline  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yay! You found this one. Generally my answer is to do one practice at a time to soak in all of the benefits, journal so you can see the changes it brings you. Adding more may create overwhelm. Also you know yourself best and what your tolerance for change is. Go forth and be brilliant.

    not sure why this happens to me but certain breath patterns in kundalini make me feel like i have to choke it was that last breath pattern at the end that was tough for me and canon breath seems to do it. Any insight....

    • @YogaVisionOnline
      @YogaVisionOnline  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you for asking. Lots of factors - starting with your nervous system and could include age, medication, past trauma, smoking, respiratory health.
      May I suggest that you first build your breathing practice with simple long deep breathing - inhale for 4 and exhale for 4. And then in a few weeks when you feel ready do it for longer like 6 and then 8. And as you get more familiar and clear with long deep breathing - explore other kinds of breath Retention rather than cannon or breath of fire. I can make a video about this. But in the meantime I pls try this out and let me know.
