I have not tried anything multiplayer related. It says co op and multiplayer. I imagine it’s just one server and you join and look for each other’s name. When your first log in it’s spawns you in the same place every time
There are two unoffical ways, if one doesn't work, try the other. 1st: Click on The Streets at the same time 2nd: One person stays on the server, the other leaves to main-menu and rejoins servers until you're on the same one. Tracks however should put you together no matter what

To answer your question, no. It has potential if it gets more content injected into it and worked on extensively, but doesn't surpass TXR.
