It's pretty fun IMO, definitely found myself playing longer than I planned. The dev team is cool and seem to appreciate feedback from players too. Once you can run a wheel setup on this game I feel like it'll be a lot more fun
Honestly, you should definitely revisit this game some day in the future, as i'm starting to see the developer pumping out updates consistently Also keep an eye on night runners, demo will be out on the next 2 months
The map being basically one giant road is very reminiscent of some awesome racing games on the Dreamcast. Tokyo Xtreme Racer for instance. Can recommend to try to emulate some of those, they're really quite cool and don't get enough love due to the Dreamcast being so unsuccessful (I own 2 Dreamcasts, one from EU and one from Japan)
@@EricMorgan84 actually like the 1995/2006 NSX it'll give me a supercar vibes even if its a jdm. That NSX in a highway looks pretty awesome, so thats how I dream about a midnight highway racing game

So I just recently downloaded D1 Pro Drift Series ps2 game emulated on my mobile device.. It's smooth but I must say... The drift physics for a ps2 game is so ahead of its time, really worth playing
Apparently the AWD Civics are OP as anything right now. Almost makes me feel bad for buying the S13 and sticking an RB26DETT into it instead of the Civic. Engine upgrades seem to carry over to the engine swaps as well so pour early money into the engine to help earn better in the races. But the races where you need to avoid crashes become a nightmare with 15-20 racers close together. It is a nice time waster while we wait for that other Wangan game. Midnight Runner?

I'm not sure if that was patched but if anyone here knows anything about that, feel free to correct me. Stating that just as a heads up.
Bought it for a euro there earlier on switch, wish I'd done research on it beforehand. Dissapointed with the fact you can only use it with joycons (which is especially frustrating for me, as mine have serious stick drift and I can't get them fixed due to the service not being available here)
Judging by the 69 million you started out with and the 700,000 for the skyline and 100,000 and some for upgrades...your looking at 800,000 for a fully modified skyline...and the races pay out roughly 5-10,000 I'm guessing...we'll get your grind on😆

I see the copy cat game dev Crazy Devs has released it on android, this looks sketchy as they post fake screenshots, like Fallen Paradise which shows GTA 5 but added GUI of a phone game, misleading, and graphics of the game are horrible, nothing to do with gta5, and some games are just pc games they have ported. I see they have Crash Metal too but added 3d to the name. But I am skeptic, is it malware, what's the point?, is it fan continuation and implementation into a android game.

The earlier version of the game is a bit scuffed, but now with grip physics adjusted, it’s more bearable. I’m having a blast playing it with the bois.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t have the actual licenses for the cars and if the models were ripped from another game.
Also, the Skyline sound is identical? To the one in NFS UG2. Maybe they simply ripped it as well

Maybe in the future they'll change the music to be non-copyrighted and change the name of the cars to fictional ones.

Kanjozokus are the Streetracers running on the Loop. What you mean is the Kanjo Loop, a section of the Hanshin Expressway.
