Who remembers seeing the Japanese business men in the 80s in San Diego doing this every morning, before starting their work day at General Dynamics and Cubic Corporation? I had to do this in Japanese class in Jr high and high school. Trying to put this back in my daily routine!

Generally the SLOWER you do exercises - the more beneficial. Otherwise yr using momentum. Slower = harder, more effort.
