Thank you Howard...This will be integral to my ADI training..
Epic. Loved the brief briefing bloopers!
I ordered a pack from DITA after watching this, Teaching Aid, Reference Points and Faults, Risk & Strategies. Really impressed with the quality of the teaching aid. As a PDI it will be a great help as a prompt for me and great images for the pupil. Thanks - I was trying to make my own!
Most likely ordering them today
Hi Thomas, what’s feedback on your purchase? Have you been using them? How’s your experience with the Dita teaching aid so far? I’m contemplating on buy them so your feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks

If safe, pop on a signal…
On this occasion, I guess there wasn’t a need to signal
Hi Howard...love and watch your very informative videos.
I'm A prospective ADI instructor and was trying to purchase The John Farlam (Driver Active) course workbook your showing on the video.
Any idea where I can purchase it from?
Many thanks and keep up the great videos
Michael
Nessie yes you can get it from his ADI Masterclass. It’s a annual subscription, think you’ll need to gold one.. thanks for watching
Hi Howard, I am doing ADI training and my test is in the next couple of months and I need some practice
please could you tell me where you got the Driver Active handout book as I couldn't find it, I also tried looking
on eBay, Amazon, DVSA and the smart driving website and couldn't find it anywhere.
Please could you advise me where to find it.
Thanks.
DriverActive or DITA if had to choose one please. ? Thanks , as a budding PDi
How do I buy driver active? Love your videos 😊👏
I can’t download the app from the link great video
Any recommendations of what type of lessons are good for Part-3 test, to do with a full license holders
Anything that the student will learn from and improve their driving ability. So do an assessment first to find their learning needs.
Thanks Howard for this video. I am a PDI waiting for pt3 test. your videos are very helpful and your teaching standard/methods is absolutely awsome, you can say I am one of your student who is follwing your method very closely :). One thing i would like to ask, would you consider having DITA visual aid book as well as Neil Beaver's apps on a ipda? or would you just have one or the other? I'm incline to give lesson using ipad since we have the technology to do it but my only concern is, does the app provide with all the necessary info/visuals as a traditional hardback book (i,e DITA) will provide. Your feedback will be much appreciated. Thank you.
Thanks for watching! I personally use a variety of visual aids, from apps, to paper based and objects such as cards or phones to illustrate the point I’m trying to make.. Much depends on your students and tailoring towards their learning style so have an open mind, one size does not fit all.
The knowledge comes from you, how you communicate is up to you. New instructors may like visual aids with prompts to help them remember key learning points.. With practice and experience you’ll rely on these prompts less and less as you become proficient at delivering short briefings and explanations. Hope that helps?
Hi there can you make video or send me some information or examples of gols or smart gols please.. Ata
Ata Faraj SMART goals, yes that’s a good idea for a video. How to set SMART goals for your pupils will really help them achieve their learning aims. Thanks for watching Ata
