- This video is a collection of clips from our cooking class with chef Robert Allen Sulatycky as he goes over some techniques to grilling and roasting in our Forno Piombo wood fired pizza oven.
Oven Temp: 750°F
Ingredients:
Large Tomahawk Ribeyes (4)
Roasted autumn mushrooms (2 lb. chanterelle)
Fresh black trumpets (2 lbs.)
Blue foot mushroom (1 lb.)
Half pound of shallot
1 liter of demi glass
Tarragon (1 bunch)
Salt & Pepper
Oil
