Plastic headlight lens polish via acetone kit

1. Wet sand your headlight smooth using 100-600 grid (240 in this case)
2. Wash and let dry to a haze
3. Use 10-30cc acetone in the kit per headlight
4. Slowly start vaping from bottom to top. Try to cover all area. No need to repeat.
5. Let it sit for 10 mins before touching or reinstall
6. Avoid rain or carwash for 1-2 days

Don't forget a good UV protectant. 2K is always recommended, however you have to get one designed for headlights else it will likely cause early crazing.
I like Jet Seal from Chemical Guys are you can wipe on with a microfiber cloth once a year vs ceramics which only last 6 months.

Have you tried using the vapor machine without sanding the headlight first? I tried testing it without sandind and by using acetone nail polish remover and it made my headlight worst, am i using the wrong solution or should i try and sand it first?

you have to sand it first, and use the vapour device.. don't wipe it with nailpolish remover.

Unless its really light hazing, where some people have used a wipe-on method, you're going to need to spend $5 and get some decent 500-1500 grit wet sandpaper and 15 min per headlight.

They sell this here in Japan although the kit is made in china. The whole kit comes with everything and cost around $50-60. You have to prep your headlight by sanding it with different sandpaper grit until all the imperefections are gone then coat it after.

Acetone is acetone it's just the concentration differs. The acetone is heated to vaporise and the vapour melts the plastic on the surface of the headlight.
