They handle half the traffic of my local airport airport so I fly with them at a weekly basis. No issues from 2005. Only minor stuff. Cheap, efficient convenient transport from A to B.

I wonder why did Ryanair choose to put their lifejackets in the compartment above our heads rather than under our seats.

I found the lifejackets location interesting too. Easier for the crew to check I suppose. I actually wonder why don't more airlines do this, maybe it looks cheap?

great trip report! i'd avoid low cost though and go British Airways
Ryanair is omnipresent throughout Europe. Low cost and efficient, but any extras need to be paid for.
The verbiage and writing style on the lav sign are 100% US FAA-speak, so the currency is definitely USD. I searched the frame and it doesn't seem to have ever been registered with a US carrier. Perhaps it was destined for one but they bailed on it?

Ryanair are brilliant. Play by their rules and you get cheap fare. They are also good with kids offering free seat bookings with their parents. Also, they are almost always on time (better than bug carriers) and all their jets are new or nearly new.
thanks Jayden for a great trip report. im surprised you said the vegan lasagne was nice... ive tried a few vegan meals and not liked most of them. haha. you sure got a nice tan from your trips o`seas during their summer months. Stay safe on your travels. I heard flight fares are going to rise. they rekon that it will cost $2,000 for a one way ticket to the UK soon.
haha vegan diet is generally not my thing. A meal or two is okay though. I do love a vegan caesar salad and ‘beef’ burger. Haha yes just got more tanned in Bali. Yep flights so expensive now. Booked one way to London next month $800 on Etihad. Europe-Australia is more than double. I’m going to make a detour home

Hi Jayden, Hope you heard that new domestic airline bonza got their approval from CASA and IATA today and are shortly going to upload tickets for their inaugural flights on their android app. I read the publication on the Australian Aviation Website and it says that Bonza will be charging $50aud per hour per flight. So if your destination from the origin is 2 hours away eg. Mel to Brisbane then you will pay $100 for that flight. I think this is a big step back from what they were initially marketing, that all flights would be $50 or cheaper. what do you think?
Bonza has revealed its inaugural service will be between the Sunshine Coast and Whitsunday Coast, with tickets costing $59 one-way. in FEB 2023. Tickets go on sale via Bonza Android app in coming days. I messaged them via linkedin
Doesn't really attract me at all as I live in Adelaide (they have no plans flying there at the moment), moreover, they don't fly to where I need a connecting flight.

🤦oh dear I was hoping no one would notice. The flight must have had a few of us British types on board. It seems to be a manly Brit thing 🤦 personally I cringe 😬

Anyone named ‘Ryan’ flying RYANAIR should receive free food and drinks!
Ryanair does not use bridges because it's cheaper.
They refuse to sign contracts with airports that include bridge/front-stairs services.
Hence, why Ryanair has stairs in the front of the plane built-in.
They truly are the "cheapest" airline in the world.
