As a ( retired) NHS high intensity therapist, I cannot fault this content ( but I tried to). It has passed my test

Great info. I get angry VERY quickly despite me being fully self aware. It's the fight mode n it's pure adrenaline surging through me.
I use a garden to accomplish multiple goals you've mentioned.
1- distraction through plant and flower observation. I'll be overthinking too much n the distraction is a calming one
2- energy release. I need to release that surge of energy constructively so off to move stuff, dig stuff etc
3- depression lifter. How can I be sad if I'm surrounded by such awesome beautiful and edible stuff?!
The struggle is still very real and some days I lose but enjoy the days you do win🌻💯

Thank you Dr. Snipes, the material you share has GREATLY helped me to advance deeper into the healing of my inner self. The topics you expound to your audience dive into the DEEP levels of where trauma/ pain/ failures/ deeply-rooted addictions take root and help us to be precise and accurate in identifying these issues ( you can't heal what you won't reveal)- even if this is self revelation). From there we are then equipped with the tools to excavate the issues at the root. I know i've been blessed...keep making videos!!

Thank you Dr Snipes for sharing your knowledge and wisdom on how we relate to our schemas. Thank you for stressing the importance of getting into our wise minds and the importance of consistency when it comes to mindfulness. Thank you for sharing the need for attention and for self love. i went through a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy course where I learned about mindfulness and radical acceptance but the way that you explain it brings about a deeper and simpler understanding of mindfulness. I love your analogy of the road signs and how to unhook. Watching my dialects gives me the ability to balance the good and the bad. Calming senses such as lavender incense brings about a peaceful aura. Acceptance and adding things that are contradictory to my anger or fear is better than but not easier. However, you're right trying to overcome without adding to brings trouble. Weighing the importance and looking at the context does help but not always. I have learned that living mindfully in the moment non-judgmentally is the core of mindfulness and living in the moment gives me the ability to accept what is. Thanks again Dr Snipes. This video has been a positive reinforcement of what I've both know and learned.

Thank you Dr. Snipes for all the help that you give through your videos both to myself and others. Through Contextual CBT and DBT, I have learned ways to separate myself from my past and begin healing. I love the way that you stress in the moment mindfulness. Being aware of myself, my surroundings, and how I am feeling in the moment helps me to know how to change and grow. I love your analogy using the road signs. Radical acceptance and distress tolerance skills help me to stay level headed in the moment. The smoke alarm analogy is another great in the moment analogy to use. Thank you Dr. Snipes for another amazing video.

A "computer & books " looks promising as a novel non pharmaceutical treatment for full rehabilitation from mental health problems in my opinion . What do recon ? & Jesus to eh . good diet and exercise obviously required. teasing the pro's again ,but i think it's working surprising nurses and doctors.

According to the Collins English Dictionary, 'truth has a conformity with fact or reality'; It is verity · 3. a verified or indisputable fact, proposition, principle, or the like.
I think many people nowadays are distorting the meaning of 'truth' with their own opinions, which are often subjective and disputable. If everyone can have their 'own truth', then we will never have agreement on what is objective and verifiable under all circumstances.
