The market nearby always sells these and I keep trying to find the best way to cook them. Frying/roasting them still leaves huge fat deposits on one side, but I never tried grilling.

chef palusami is taro leaves and coconut cream i a parcel wrapd in banana leaves and breadfruit leaves traditionaly tday its tinfoil, if cookd in a pot its luau ulo, we cook these in a parcel like palusami ,we dont put coconut cream in our luau povi,mamoe,pipi,puaa,pisupo,povi msima or whatever accept faiais youre an exellent and your food are well prepared yourealwsysmi ful of our ethnic pacific island food they are authentic thats what im looking forward to. thumbs up every time from me💋♥️🙊💝👏💟😇🙏😆
