I FOUND PROOF EVs are THE FUTURE! Is THEIR PLAN to BAN CARS and FORCE us all on SELF DRIVING BUSES?

- I've always said that the Electric Vehicle is all about control, the Electric Car is to restrict our freedom of movement! The powers that be are not even driving themselves but tell us we can NOT purchase a petrol or diesel car after 2035. Buying an EV is more expensive than it's equivalent petrol or diesel version. I found proof that EV's are the future, is their PLAN to BAN CARS and FORCE US all on Self Driving Public Transport Electric Vehicles? Here is video EVIDENCE that they are trialing this! You WILL NOT DRIVE, YOU WILL NOT OWN a CAR! I also show you video PROOF that Electric Cars are ACTUALLY the PAST and didn't catch on then other than maybe on fire!

As Geoff said it’s not just petrol vs electric it’s car drivers vs government
Lol
But Geoff said it better
Let's pray for a complete breakdown of all this dystopia really soon.
Are you serious 😂
Then get involved.
Years ago, I was on the bus with my two very young daughters. I came to my stop, managed to get my younger daughter off in the pram and went to turn around to get my older daughter who was waiting to grab my hand to climb off the bus. The bus doors closed and started to leave. I ran to the front of the bus and banged on the doors. The bus driver stopped the bus, opened the doors and I was able to get my now upset daughter from off the bus. Had the bus been driverless, it wouldn't have stopped and God knows where my daughter may have ended up. Not every idea should be an idea used. I will walk the distance if these horrible things are put into action so that these monstrosities are the only things available. I refuse to go and use any EV vehicle because of how they are made. We're getting a future pushed onto us against our wishes. Let those that want the EV future have it, but let the majority of us keep our normal vehicles.
In other words, the Bus driver, saved your but human Brain ,that can hear and think actually worked .HUMAN BRAIN CAN USE ALL SENSE,To fix problems, the smartest Computer only can use one problem at a time, programmed only what it’s programmed to do.
These computer controlled vehicles are programmed by humans and even the smartest can make mistakes. In the early days of self driving Teslas they forgot to program in pedestrian crossings, a woman Arizona US was run down by Tesla as the person in the car wasn't paying attention.
I totally agree.
EV's was technology of the past, where it should remain. No wonder they are dangerous fire crackers.
Yeah I saw one yesterday going off like you say 🧨🧨🧨. Do you see many as well. Apparently it's constant.
@@waynelevett3632 Happening all around the world, the problem is the battery, that is what they have to sought out and make safe. I cannot believe they have not all been recalled and that includes the scooters. They are absolutely dangerous.
To buy an EV is to buy into the future of no cars ..... can't understand why people can't get their head around what's going on.
🤣🤣🤣
Three electric buses caught fire in London in the last month..A while ago an electric car caught fire not far from where I live.
@@deniseburton-z8w yet all the real world data shows that ICE cars catch fire far more frequently... And I own one. Have a day off, Denise lol
I will never go into a vehicle or airplane with no operator no such thing as a safety it all BS and control
The indestructable Toyota in Top Gear was a Hilux pickup…
Toyota even added the invincible model in their Hilux range after the episode with the indestructible Hilux.
Like I keep saying - ‘they’ want ‘us’ all off the roads.
He does loads of videos without E V's in them. Your spoilt with choice here😊

Will never enter a bus without a driver that's not the future great video lee thx for shating❤
Self driving bus, what could possibly go wrong. So far car makers haven't produced cars that are full of fail safe parts. We all know governments don't really care about people so where are they going to get their money they get from road fines
No more fines ❤. My Tesla refuses to speed on autopilot already and it's a 2016 car 😂.
Looks like a great museum and nice to see it's volunteers getting a good mention (18 year museum volunteer myself).
Well done, thank you for keeping them nice.
True story he is talking the truth, one of the blocks I worked on their was a old diesel Toyota that had been sitting in shed for 15 years and it kicked in after not being started in all that time 😀
Like the old Holden's. Reliable as hell.
Thank you Lee and David for taking the time out to see the great work of our volunteers are doing in making this museum one of the best around . Pleased you enjoyed your time Lee . All the very best for a successful trip down under cheers Patric
Thank you. Amazing museum. Amazing people.
patric, you and your crew give yourselves a big pat on the back. you are doing an incredible job.
Wasn't there a submarine which had a PlayStation controller. That went well.
Sending support and love and please take care of yourself ❤️🙏
SUPERB VIDEO. My mate had a 1979 JPS Black Capri (John Player Special). He is after the new MK 4.
Great Vid. Lee keep up the good work A different level. 👍👍
Cars also run on hydrogen made from water well. Done this for years on V8s and a V12 Jaguar xjs. Runs lovely. More power & quieter running engine.
Very cool museum! Thanks for showing us around 🤩
Very good. Loved all those cars.
Big up to all the guests you have had on the channel so far...Fantastic hospitality, knowledge and kindness...lovley to see...🙂....
I am more interested in the future, where cars use steam engine than fully battery-powered.
In 1906 the Stanley steamer held the speed record until the 1930’s of 127mph, faster than the Mallard steam train. The steam speed record was held for 103 years.
Just for giggles I looked up the top speed of a Stanley steamer. Apparently it could go 127mph, or 204 kmh back in 1906.
The Australian Ford Capri was a huge flop.
Maybe new But they were good at $500 😂. My friend had 5 For parts.
Being a petrol head this was brilliant lots of amazing cars . Great vlog.
You are a brilliant man Mac, figuring out that steam came from water!😂
Lol. 😂
Excellent video Lee and the Museum narrator was fantastic fair dincum.
They don't want us driving, 15 min cities
You don't even know what the idea of '15 min cities' is, if you're still troping that line out, cupcake.
None of these upcoming government bans against gas vehicles are any big secret, but the public still seems oblivious. It's incredibly frustrating.
If nothing changes, very soon we will only see EVs on new car lots. By then it will be too late!
Great video, superb dedication from the museum volunteers, loved seeing the Ford Capri's, .
Just another way for a company to save paying a wage to an employee, with regards to that horrendously ugly “ intellibus “. Give me a proper driver any day of the week.
Dont think driving across Australia in an electric car , having to charge regularly is going to work , nooooo way xx
Patrick and your 90 volunteers are treasures … here’s to another 30 years … thanks Lee … 👏🔆👏🔆👏
Morag must have been so excited at seeing that EV bus😆.
Great video. I always wanted a FordCapri. One with a sun roof black vinyl roof. Best I could get was an Austin Allegro with a square steering wheel.
The Allegro still ahead of its time as most car manufacturers love Square steering wheels now.
what a fabulous video lee, thanks. on my bucket list to go and see this museum .
very enjoyable episode. some sound lads too.
Loving these new videos thank you for sharing
How will it work with all the power cuts and Xbox consoles just like the one on the sub that went to the Titanic.
Autonomous vehicles have been present in the mining industry, in Australia for at least the last 10 years. 😊
When the supply grid fails and EV’s can’t be charged….what fun!
If the grid fails you can't pump wet fuel either.
At least Oz hasn't got chemtrails hiding the sun.
@@waynelevett3632 - most people will have plenty of fuel in their tanks
@@timhicks2154and most EVs will have plenty of charge.
Do you have a point?
If the supply grid fails totally then everyone has a lot more problems than worrying about whether their car will go. But if there's a local or temporary outage, then an EV is pretty handy because you can use the power in the battery to power essential appliances until it comes back on. A woman in Australia recently used her car's battery to power the fridge that keeps her child's insulin cool, and in another case someone's kidney dialysis was kept going in the same way. If it's a local thing you can even drive your car to where the power is on, fill the battery, and bring that back to power the house. As often as you like.
If it's a bigger issue, well my money is on the EVs, particularly in Australia where so many properties have solar power and charge their cars from sunshine. Lots of people in Oz don't even need the supply grid to charge their cars at all. Whereas ICE cars would be completely useless without electrically-operated pumps.
Those first electric cars had the same problem as today's ones.
#batteries suck.
Last vehicle I heard of .That was piloted by an X Box controller. Didn't bode well.
It sunk right?
Great video - some cracking cars three looks a top day out - Patrick seems a nice geezer
The Sydney Metro already has driverless trains.
but trains are on rails...
you should have hired a EV to get around
Lee that 1914 electric car is the same as your jaguar, charge up every 60km. I owned a 1981 3.0 litre Mercury Capri.
As a fellow car guy this museum is a car guys 'candy' store.
Loved the blog very interesting. Brought back memories of the Layland Princess, back in the 70's I was a paint sprayer, and the paintwork on the princess would almost always flack off so I had to strip all the paintwork and respray the car.
Hey hun those cars were fantastic and the history behind them as well . thank you hun for sharing this with us it was brilliant . fantastic video again xxx thanks to Dave for showing us around the museum xx
The electric bus is in the right place,Stuck in the past.
Bring back trolley buses
I still know a EV will not make the Nullarbor 😂😅 or the true outback 😅
Don't be so sure, there is charging all the way already from Perth to Queensland. I spoke to a couple that had done this trip last year in an MG.
Tesla has the 100 club of owners who've been round Australia. Why can't you keep up.
Hello Mr Davey, Lee the future of travel will be by particle transporter as advertised on Star Trek 😮 failing that 😢The horse will always be with us.Now without further ado.I'm off for an early night 😊 Cheers mate, back to see you on the non- EV'S video Allan&Family PS still gave you a thumbs up like😊
The electric bus controlled by an Xbox controller, just like that little submarine last year, and we know it did not end well for the crew. Ah, the future...
Excellent video again Lee, totally hooked on classic cars myself, so that was spot on.
A Good Evening to You lovely Gentlemen. Hope you both are well. Absolutely Loved seeing this Awesome Museum of these Beautiful and Stunning vehicles. I was completely Gob Smacked by the Self Drive Bus. That is the Future. I was really pleased to hear, how many people Volunteer at this Wonderful place. Taking part in different Projects. The most Friendliest and most Warm Welcoming people you could ever meet. What a Lovely person Patrick was. His incredible knowledge about the vehicles was Incredible. To see two of the most Beautiful almost Concorse Level Ford Capri's and there Lovely owners, was the Perfect ending to this Fabulous Film of yours Lee and Dave. This place i would really love to visit for whole day. This was Great Lee. Thank you very, very much for sharing your movie.
Really good video! Ages since we visited the museum, you’ve inspired us to go back!
Hope you had a safe flight to Sydney
Thank You
Never owned a Capri but I did own a Ford Cortina GT in 1985-1988. Also a Lotus Esprit S3 in 1998-2001 which I miss dearly.
Yes they had electric cars at the turn of the 20th century too. And they failed for the same reasons they are failing today - poor range, heavy batteries, long charging times and bad infrastructure. The more things change the more they stay the same
In ICE infancy, they had poor range, expensive, very limited infrastructure.
Yet those were spectacularly overcome.
Why can't EVs do the same?🤔
@@DwaynePipes because EVs are a flawed concept. ICE cars became dominant very quickly because of their innate advantages. ICE were never range limited by design - if you could find fuel you’d get there.
@@chrisaris8756 and if you can find charge you can get an EV "there" as well.
@@chrisaris8756 Cars became dominant because of Henry Ford.
Cars were just tootling along for 20 odd years until he brought in the Model T.
Affordability was the driver then and it will likely be one of the main drivers for EVs now.
Most people will put any reservations aside if the product is cheap enough.
You just need to look to France recently to see that is correct.
IMO
Thanks for coming to Australia ❤❤❤
Another great video!👍
"And the mayor of New York, if you're watching"
"And China, if you're watching"
Reach for the stars, Lee 😂😂😂
Just watch TV advertising, there are people singing and dancing because they sold their car and ‘we buy any car’ adverts, so where are those people singing and dancing because they have bought a car? They want you to sell but not buy!!! “You won’t own anything but you will be happy”.
Towards it's end, the autonomous car convo revealed a few things about "the study":
- the scope of the question had to be narrowed to "computer assistance" not full or even supervised self-drive.
- more studies are needed to determine efficacy even in that limited scope
LOVELY. And as part of my miss spent youth in someone's workshop, one Summer he gets to engineer the first Sinclair C 5. Missed out on a first drive but as usual with these things as soon as it neared completion it was off. He spent the rest of his time building superb steam locomotives in 7 1/4 inch gauge. The ones that you sit on the tender and drive with a shovel in hand and a real fire. I also love the Capri. David and Lily. We had some sun today UK.
G'day from Australia Mildura 😅
Fantastic! What an awesome car museum. I just wish I had known about it when last down under in WA. Nice one Lee. Great channel👍
Watching this from cleveleys Wetherspoons lol 🍺🍺
Very interesting video👍
The Australian Ford Capri was popular. However, the Capri in Australia was a bit so so, because in Australia, we were more interested in Ford and GM Holden muscle cars. Australia got big cars, big engines due to the wide expanses and similarities to the USA.
I love that Detroit Electric. its better than what we have now. That Charger is probably more reliable.
Brilliant episode Lee always wanted. Capri.
Great input from all the rev heads!
I very much enjoyed this tour of the museum. I never had a real love for any specific car from the past, but I find the ones you featured very interesting. I am glad you are expanding what you cover in your videos. Thanks! Back in the dark ages. I was interested in buying a Capri. The very nasty people at the dealership refused to let me have a test drive. I think they had something to hide. I didn't buy it.
Great museum Lee. Impressive to see. Also a fun fact, the vast majority of the 1990's-2000's BTCC racing cars live in Australia. Also note their is a big motor racing event just outside of Sydney soon called the Bathurst 500, which is the Australians version of the British Touring Car Championship.
As a petrol head from early childhood in the 50s I never got the appeal of Capris. They were pale rather limp imitations of the mighty Mustang with gutless 1.3 or 1.6 engines for the most part and they didn’t handle as well as their Cortina counterparts - if you can call it handling. They were very fond of swapping ends on you in their standard form. It’s amazing the effect rose coloured glasses have eh? Still it’s great that some have survived.
There was a v8 version, The Ford Capri V8 Perana, not sure if it made it to Australia but i did know of a few guys that owned a capri with a v8 in them but was a bit to young to remember if they were the Perana i liked them but i also would of preferred a 1970 or 1969 Boss 429 Mustang absolutely love them.
@@MadMax351The Perana was a product of Basil Green Motors in Edenvale near Johannesburg, South Africa, endorsed and approved I believe by Ford of SA. I test drove one years ago and was impressed. The 302 cu. in V8 was what the car should have had from the start to legitimately claim to be a Mustang alternative! Later in SA there was also a Sierra XR8 with a similar engine set up!
A friend's husband went to a public school (uk private school) where the boys were known by their surnames, his friend's was Morris and he had a younger brother so they were called Morris Major and Minor!
My parents had a friend who owned an old checkered cab that he owned as his personal car. The back seat was huge and there were jumper seats that were folded in case you had extra passengers. With the jumper seats you could easily fit 5 people in the back of the car.
I had the same Scalextric set... with the real working headlights 👍
The Aussie Capri convertible was awesome because it was so cheap & reliable second hand.
Thanks Lee great show my dad and brother both had mk1 and mk2 Capris, I couldn’t afford one!
I went to the Caister Castle Motor Museum in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, Brilliant. Also, Beaulieu Motor Museum in the New Forest, Hampshire is also excellent.
That was a blast from the past as my second car was a caprie 🙂, shameful my first was a Morris Marina.
Great video and very interesting.
Off subject I found this and think you will enjoy, sorry Be old don't know how to link it.
"If electric cars were honest" uploaded by "Honest Ads" , I think you will have a good chuckle.
What a brilliant video Lee. Love the museum.
Great video Lee, the Ford Prefect was my first car and along the way I had a metallic blue 2ltr Ford Capri GT. Those days are gone, but never forgotten.
Great episode Lee could see you where buzzing seeing those capri's. Loved it.
I was never too bothered about the Capri, but I always wanted an RS2000 but never had one!
Thanks Lee
Are you in Sydney now?
My first car was the 1974 Mercury Capri, 2800cc V6 engine, 4 speed manual transmission. It was dark brown, but had a gold tint in the sunlight. Ford sold it, but it was built in Germany and was considered a foreign car here. Mine came with a factory sunroof that opened by hand crank. It was my favorite car, even though I had a terrible time keeping a good transmission in it! When I first saw it, it reminded me of a Porsche.
8.00 no, they just catch fire with the passengers strapped in!!!
My God Lee ,you found a fit purpose for EVs.Put the bugger in a Museum. All battery range worries no more .That Battery Bus ,it's no fun walking Home ,As you're aware it's called Air Conditioner 60 K no Air con go figure , Museum Piece.
I have been enjoying you visit to Perth. Excellent idea visiting the auto museum. As always, nicely done production Lee.
As a petrolhead, that was awesome,Lee. But no Holdens with bloody great V8s in them 😁. As an ex motor trader I sold a beautiful Capri 3000 GT. On starting that Kent engine used to rock the car on idle. So much character. Mum and Dad had a new Capri 1300 XL in Ermine White. The back bucket seats look fantastic but crippled you 🤣🤣
The idea of autonomous buses is to keep you within the 15 minute cities. Simple. 2030 You WILL own nothing and be happy!....Or else!
Remember, the less mobile you are, the easier you are to control. England is doing a swell job of implementing these ideologies. Then again, so are Estraylia, New Zealand, Canada, basically the Plantation owned countries. Speaking of countries, here's a riddle: If Empires are run by Emperors, Kingdoms are run by Kings, who runs a Country?.....many won't get it...LMAO
Cheers
Now that’s a very interesting video
As a car enthusiast stuck in the states, I love seeing all these wonderful cars😎
We have a lot of USA muscle cars in Perth.
❤ love all the cars and commentators 😊
Not in my lifetime

What an awesome car collection. Would have been great if you had looked at some Aussie Fords and Variants. My dad owned three Variants and loved them all. Australia made some great cars back in the day. Thanks Lee for sharing.
