i've fixed loose woodruff keys with a wrap of tinfoil....also hand enlarging those pulleys with a dremmel will throw it out of balance as you will never get the bore perfect.....if you look at it when running you may of may not see that the pulley wobbles..this wobble pulls in and out on your crankshaft and will eventually put your thrust out of spec..it will also have excessive runout and will slowly beat up and down on your front main bearing...those pulleys should slide on easily...hitting with a hammer also damages the thrust surfaces of your crankshaft....most people just think it's a cheap pulley, but it is under hundreds of pounds of tension via the belt and directly affects the health of of your crankshaft and it needs to run true.
