It is funny that you couldn't get the rear rack properly installed. I almost gave up on that because it is too complicated to get it installed, I told that to ADO and they didn't accept the critic (even though it was made in a good way). The rack should be easier to get it installed and with a more capable load measure, I used it but only for light things. I'm planning to get a proper rack for the bike.
At the moment I am not entirely sure. I suspect that it will be in the range of the A20-XE series. (+/- 1250 - 1350 EUR) But I am not 100% sure at the current moment in time though :)

Notice the uk version has a throttle whilst the EU version does not. Wonder what that’s about? Any ideas
I guess because having a throttle makes it be a scooter rather than a bicycle in the EU.
Don't know what the Brit are doing regarding that.

T stands for Torque I believe, which is a good thing, it has a Torque Sensor
