- The #BMW #iX is a new electric luxury #SUV that was introduced last year. The 2023 model year brings a new M60 trim that dials the output up to 610 horsepower and the torque to 811 lb-ft. It may have an M badge, but this BMW isn't built for ultimate driving pleasure. It's built for comfort.

I test drove this car and honestly once you drive it, you don't care what it looks like. What you do think about is how easy it is to drive and then, how wonderful it accelerates. Warp drive! It makes you giddy. You actually giggle, over and over. You keep slowing down just so you can floor it again and again. So addictive. You actually contemplate robbing a bank, just so you can buy one. You won't rob a bank of course, but now you do really want one. I do I do I do!
Exactly same experience. Looks weird but once you drive it you will like. Interior is so much refined than a tesla. I ended up sold my 22 MS and got this ix60.
Our M60 is on its way across from Germany to the UK. Great review compared to the 50 others I've watched. Correct, if you don't go for Bowers sound system better to get iX50 but if you're going for the sound system and the obvious sunroof and nice interior - then may as well go for the M60!

I think BMW had always 2 stept front in car industry .
How would you compare the iX M60 versus the X7 M60i? I know they are very different cars, but what would you choose if it was your money? I would love to know your thoughts as I am about to order one of the two. Thanks!
The iX. The smoothness and comfort is superior to the X7. However, if you want the one that's more "fun" to drive in a traditional sense, it's the X7 hands down. Hope that makes sense.
In essence, the iX 50 and M60 have the same performance. For 25K more the M60 gives you a party trick in launch control and 20K worth of M badges. Got it.
The M60 has about 100 horsepower more than the 50

Truly ugly car, and this is coming from a longtime / current owner of BMWs who is in the market for an EV. I would never consider this eyesore.
If you consider it like a larger i3, it's not as bad. We think in this color, in person, it actually looks quite nice.
It’s even worse in person I saw one for the first time the other day just driving around and god was it awful 🤣
Basically bmws take on the Kia Soul
The newer Genesis products with the exception of the G70, are ugly in person too. They look like fish. The SUVs look unfinished and like cheap Asian remakes of a Mercedes crossover to me. This BMW looks sporty, futuristic and the design is cohesive.
We're getting it in sophisto grey - saw an Ix40 with it and actually looks lovely- just waiting for cayenne to become an EV!
Probably the ugliest car I’ve ever seen. 😂
