Endeavor Pro is still the best board ever made. I ride the 2, and it's such a good platform to just build on top of. I've changed a lot about it and it is still so good.
That's cool to see, especially in an earlier model that didn't auto-off. I do wonder how long the battery will last after that though? Maybe after a few cycles it'll even out to where it was before. Still, pretty cool to see a blast from the past still able to have a go.
@scottdaviesyoutube I'm interested to see, if for no other reason than to see what happens to a battery after a long time, how much degradation happens on a long term basis.
Mate I've still got the same model after your recommendation and it's still the best board for uneven terrain. Glad i got this model though because it has so much more go when you have a play with the vesc. You should have a tinker mate.
I got to ride the model 1 Endeavor S "back in the day", lol, and it was just awesome. I had a Miles Phantom board, so we both had some kickass new boards on the block for a sec, but then mine went dead mode, and his he lost after leaving it in storage after getting a flat tire. I'm low key hella wanting an Endeavor tho, just the sickest board to ride fr 🎉
BMS must protect the battery from complete drainage and cut off before the cells are damaged. Was it still on like waiting for the remote ? impressive....
I have the first one too, and I've done about 3000 km in it. But the controller won't accelerate the bord anymore. And I don't know how to fix it. I have done so much off-road in the blue mountains with it . Maybe someone here can tell me how to fix it ?
Cool that it's got that much run time so far. When you say it won't accelerate it, do you mean it moves the wheels but it's really slow, or that it doesn't seem to connect?
@@Peter_Monti ah, almost certainly it's a broken antenna connection. Might need a new esc, might need a new controller. If you know anyone with the same board or same controller (long shot, I know) you could try pairing it, either your controller to their board or their board to your controller, that might narrow it down. If not, maybe get in touch with propel and see if they can help narrow it down. But my money is on esc having a bad antenna connection internally. Especially if you did a lot of off roading, the bouncing could break that given it's usually a pretty fragile connection.
@lordirek1 so the receiver is part of the esc? And it can't be separated? Yes, i have done lots of heavy off-road, so it has gotten a beating, I have never dropped the controller. it's in perfect condition.

my eovan still working fine after 2 yeasr not riding it.
Did you leave or switched on and have zero volts ? 😂
From memory the Eovan has an auto off after 5 min.
