Medications se band hue magar abhi 3 months pehle stress ke karan headache shuru hua aur depressed rehta tha pure din. Firse medications shuru ki. Could it be because of the fall? Back pain to almost gayab hai. 3 saal regular gym bhi jata hu.

I can’t walk and have not been able to walk for a while. I have osteoporosis spinal stenosis and other back issues. I also have neurofibromatosis and some tumors in my spine. The spinal stenosis is in my arms now I have chronic pain 24/7 and getting dressed is painful it’s excruciating pain. I even take medicine and had a pain pump put in in October and the medicine still isn’t where it needs to be.

one of the many presentations is radiculopathy...in any case, a thoracic surgeon is the person to approach, in my opinion..he/she will decide if a neurosurgeon need sto be involved. Of course, I have not seen your reports/ films....so my opinion is of limited value in this case!

Hello Sir, My symptoms were exactly similar. I had also gone through the cervical surgery in March 18. My nerve was pinched in C5-6-7 in MRI. In my case Legs got affected first hence walking got affected first in Jan 18. Then @1 month later my right hand fingures lost the hold/grip. In between these two incidents there was huge tingling which starts from neck & goes to fingures of both hand & legs. Then numbness developed in legs & hands. Which then leads to loss of grip. However only right hand fingures lost grip. Left hand saved from this symptoms. As of today my fingers gain the hold @80-90% but some times it gets cramped. But legs are still not recovered that much. Means tingling & numbness totally removed after surgery but legs still not. There staggered walking. I can move, walk etc but not as natural. It's just like a video shown. While walking, working it gives pain & very irritating. I also feels that Chappals are getting out etc. Hence could you explain which medicine, treatment, yoga etc to be adopted to overcome this problem. When this problem will be recovered. Hai doctor... My name is lijo..am 40 years old. 3 months before I played in a bouncing jumber. I jumbed from bouncing jumper to airbag... But my jumb was wrong... My neck touched first and my all body weight comes to my neck.. I heard a sound from my neck.... Then I can hear and I can speek... But I can't move my body even my legs and hands also..30 minits I layed in airbag. After first aid I can slowly move my hands and after 1 hour I can walk slowly.... That time I can feel heaviness my legs... I can feel heaviness my legs right leg 50% and left leg 80%..i took CT scan x'ray and mri scan.. X'ray and CT scan is good... This is my mri scan report.. Disc degeneration is noted at C3-c4, C4-c5 and c5-c6 levels with endplate osteophytes. There is posterior and left posterolateral disc prolapse at c5-c6 level impinging on the anterior aspect of the spinal cord. Ligamentum flavum thickening is also noted at this level. The subarachnoid space at this level is obliterated. There is narrowing of bilateral neural foraminae. The cord parenchyma appears essentially normal. No evidence of myelopathy. C4-c5 level, there is posterior disc bulge indenting on the anterior aspect of the spinal cord. Bilateral neural foramina appear adequate. C3-c4 level there is mild posterior bulge indenting the theca. .. At c5 vertebral level, there is localised linear dark signal involving the posterior longitudinal ligament-this could represent ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament. No paraspinal soft tissue mass is noted. The cranio-cervical junction is normal. Stil my right leg feelings almost OK now but my left leg is almost OK but my left leg I can feel something wrong... The doctor told me change your disc... What can I do now???

I also have numbness and tingling in my trapezoid and pain into my shoulders so what you're saying is don't wait any longer for surgery

You can get an expert opinion from your Doctor and start physiotherapy. Don't go for surgery you can take decompression

What about stenosis? Is this the same as spondylotic compression?
