This is what I have. Hemifacial. Twitching on the right side of my face. A MRI showed I have a nerve wrapped around an artery in my neck. It twitches almost daily now so if I can't get the sleep I need, less stress and not living in the moment, I may need to see neurologist for botox treatment or possibly surgery. It's bothersome, embarrassing and hard to concentrate when it happens. From my right eye to my entire right side of my face with tension on my neck muscles now it has progressed. I live in Canada. I pray everyone finds relief & healing from hemifacial.

I had MVD of trigeminal neuralgia in August 2022 the before pain of trigeminal neuralgia is gone 100% but the half face gets stiff very hard when I talk too much,takes stress and chew food and causes fatigue the doctor said it occurs 2 to 3 yrs but this fatigue is unbearable can't eat something too much talking and taking stress can stiff upper jaw very hard I want to ask that it is normal after surgery?
