Hi Gloria, isn’t that the reason for the ‘consent letter’ from both parents? To ascertain that both parents have consented to the child/children travelling? ….even if one parent is not travelling with the child/children. Correct me if I’m wrong.

My baby mom is married to another man and our child has been with me for 13years now though with her permission and now I am planning to move to U.k on a dependent visa as my visa in on tier 2 visa. I wish to know the possibility of traveling along side with him on his mother permission.
