It's not only social service that do exactly what this man said, but health visitors are the number in manipulation of the system to take babies away from the new mum. I was a victim, and God was on my side.we from Africa have to be very careful in parenting in uk. May God help us all.

I believe it’s 14 years old but it depends on the maturity of the child. The government acknowledges that a 12 year old girl can be left alone for a few hours.
