After my BE I’m willing to pursue MSc in Germany. So, keeping beside the PDC,official transcripts and medium of instruction certificates do I need to get any other documents from my University(VTU)?. Your help is much needed.

For Medium of Instruction (MOI=English), did you applied and filled the form separately (Also paid the fees for the same) to VTU?
I didn't apply I think it's not needed ,you will waste money.Get Bonafide Certificate from you college tell them to mention about medium of instruction as English Course mode as regular . Bonafide certificate will work out bro.
Is sealed transcipt to be attested again by HRD or can be set directly to the Univesity your applying to?

Bro Vtu previous name was visveswaraih technological university but our marks card came in name Visvesvaraya technological University but still some of the government site use visveswaraiah.
In that case what shoulf we do and how to ask university that both are same?

NOT in MARKS
I applied for transcript to get my semester wise marks but instead they provided transcript in Grades.

CBCS schemes has Grade System,so it's ok, no worries,Grading system is also acceptable .

Brother but I got consolidated marksheet which is having all the information. SRM University there is no such diffrence in both . I applied in foreign university by uploading each semester and consolidated marksheet . Is this right ?

No , either you apply through the CSM or transcript with University seal.

Seal and my consolidated marksheet have all the marks ,credits, attendance,grades CGPA percentage attested by controller of examination. And our university just remove word consolidated by transcript if I ask them, other thing is as a tease same.
Hello brother.. I was student of vtu of batch 2009-13. I want to apply for govt job. But in marksheet there were only mentioned of 5-8 sems marks. Do you have any idea vtu give marks of 1-8 sems or only 5-8 Sems? Coz i have to fill percentage what to fill there 1-8 sems marks or 5-8 sems marks?? Any idea bro
In general 1 to 8 semester marks are considered.

Send them photocopy,even send photocopy or orginal marksheets ,they just want one transcript.In case if you loose your marksheets you have to apply for duplicate which is also a big headache.i would suggest not to send original but at the end it's your call

Name correction can be done according to mentioned name in Class 10 th. They can put same name as in class 10 otherwise they won't.
If that is the condition Take your all original marks card and Degree and submit to VTU along with fee of 500 ₹ per marks card .

Sir I have a very big gap in engineering with multiple back logs.. Should I apply for CSM or CMC to reduce number of marks sheet.. And only display passed marks
You can reduce the number of of mark sheet by applying for CSM and CMC .IN case of CSM first attempt marks will appear.If you apply CMC for all semester your pass mark will appear with star mark.

CSM only one sheet of paper and you don't have to spend lots of money
