If you are at Belgavi ,go to cyber cafe near to the SDM office,they will pay the fees and charge you little bit extra ,even I was unable to pay online for Khajane .

Please collect it from college, because VTU sends the marks sheet to college.This is the legal approach to get it . Otherwise send your Aadhar card and your Admit card copy to anyone of your friend and ask him to collect on your behalf,I think this might help you.

On tracking i got to know 26/3/2024 it was received at destination (VTU, belgaum) on 15th April i have received the CSM via post. 1500 Rs Application fee + Additional 2000 Rs Postage Charge (Outside India)

Twice ,they won't call you,you have to check on regional commissioner belgavi website,once your token number appears ,you can visit the office again for collecting your documents

Mr Mohammed touseef Raza for hell n god sake mention in ur title for Non cbcs and if u are giving explanation then make sure u give complete one n explain what is cbcs and what is non cbcs and how someone like cbcs should apply and then non cbcs . If u just show one way people are gonna blindly follow coz there are not many tutors available on TH-cam and people might tend to follow what is shown so make sure to add specifically non cbcs in ur title and tell in ur video who stand for what and who should apply this And for others let me tell u after 2015 batch they dint give anyone consolidated STATEMENT OF MARKS CARD as they are belonged to non cbcs Non cbcs means there final marks card will hve numbers and percentage of how many they scored in each subject Where as cbcs will get in terms of grade (A,B,C) like tht in ur final marks card and we will get in cgpa So for cbcs there is no consolidated STATEMENT OF MARKS CARD ever issued at all only we can apply for transcripts as much as we want N this old non cbcs method people can apply this n this was happening till 2015 after that system changed n now we don't get this So don't see this video n blindly fall for the instructions

@@aasifreyaz5381 there are 2 options. 1) you should visit personally or any of your blood relation. If your blood relation like father, mother, brother, sister is going to VTU Belgaum on behalf of you, then you should make an Affidavit of Annexure 3 with 20rs estamp mentioned in the guidelines. Make sure you notarize it too. 2)if you are very rich, then you can contact a good Attestation Agency which will do the whole work right from HRD attestation to your desired country embassy attestation.

Not recommended,coz tehsildar gets angry when he sees this.you can make it but Tesildar should not know and In case if your application get rejected due to any reason ,you will loose that money.Think it before payment.

Hi Tauseef bhai, I just read the pdf regarding Instructions to applicants. For pre-verification of documents in room no. 17, it is mentioned to issue Deputation letter issued by the employer in India. What is this letter about and how can we get this? Is it ok if we don't have this?
In case ,if you are working in India and that company wants to send you abroad,so company must give you letter, recommending that you are going to work in abroad. In case you got an offer letter from abroad that will also work out.
