Before going to Belgavi for HRD see this video,I think you will face less difficulty.
After Paying online in
1) Khajane Portal there you have 2 types of Payment:
a)₹ 300 Payment ,after paying you will receive Challan Reference Number ,mention it on Form as well as enclose hard copy with the form .
b)₹ 10 Payment ,after paying you will receive Challan Reference Number ,mention it on Form as well as enclose hard copy with the form .
2) For Vtu Payment of ₹ 500 you will get SBI Collect Reference Number which is to be mentioned on the form as well and enclose hard copy with the form.

It's better to do on same day itself coz Tehsildar creates problem sometimes.

No but all gulf countries need Consolidated Statement of Marks ,Degree and Bonafide Certificate.So please prepare yourself accordingly.
How much do we have to pay for additional certificates apart from university certificate?

Hi Tauseef bhai, I just read the pdf regarding Instructions to applicants. For pre-verification of documents in room no. 17, it is mentioned to issue Deputation letter issued by the employer in India. What is this letter about and how can we get this? Is it ok if we don't have this?
In case ,if you are working in India and that company wants to send you abroad,so company must give you letter, recommending that you are going to work in abroad.
In case you got an offer letter from abroad that will also work out.
VTU is not issuing Consolidated Statement of Grades/Marks for CBCS students. What to do in that case, can I get the Transcript attested instead?
If not issuing ,attest your Transcript,it will work

If you are at Belgavi ,go to cyber cafe near to the SDM office,they will pay the fees and charge you little bit extra ,even I was unable to pay online for Khajane .

can we get HRD for our documents by showing visa copy, since we r going to abroad for the very first time and have to go and search the job there. So we will be having no offer letter in hand. after getting job in abroad we will get offee letter.

Only from Belgaum, Lamination must be removed,₹510,you have to go in person,in case you cannot go take help from agent.After HRD MEA Embassy and Mofa to be done, check my videos you will understand.

Brother, is it not possible to get HRD done from Delhi or Mumbai without having to visit Belgaum?
That is SDM HRD some country like Kuwait does accept that kind of HRD ,if you do not want hurdle in your future get state HRD done coz later you might be asked to do it so.Hope you understand.

How many times should we visit vtu for hrd attention..once we submit application again when they will call us second time
Twice ,they won't call you,you have to check on regional commissioner belgavi website,once your token number appears ,you can visit the office again for collecting your documents

It's required but you can still ask them that verify it from the company if you feel it's not real ,if you get this offer letter from the company mail id show them the mail id from the company from which you received,I hope they will accept it

1st how you paid to regional commissioner officer belagavi? Did you make dd before travelling to belgaum or when you reach the belgaum and then you make dd or you use internet banking to pay them?
2nd if i want to get attested my 8th sem marks card and degree then we have to make payment of 300+300+10+10 ,i mean we have to pay four time individually or we have to pay like 600rs and 20rs ? Can you please clear me..
And last just confirm me that,we can pay regional commissioner officer with SBI internet banking? Or we have to make dd from bank? Because paying from internet banking is less hassle,compare to going bank and making dd..

1) you should visit personally or any of your blood relation. If your blood relation like father, mother, brother, sister is going to VTU Belgaum on behalf of you, then you should make an Affidavit of Annexure 3 with 20rs estamp mentioned in the guidelines. Make sure you notarize it too.
2)if you are very rich, then you can contact a good Attestation Agency which will do the whole work right from HRD attestation to your desired country embassy attestation.

It's original or not ,that HRD has done by Agent...
It's little difficult but you can ask to Regional commissioner Belgaum office by calling them and asking them what is the status of Token Number .Token number is Eg. 291 or 292, so if it's original they will it's already done and collected and this way you will get confirmation

In Belgaum it's very difficult,you should give them offer letter any how! Offer letter should have company logo and stamp.
You can do one thing apply in foreign country university for higher studies online and them to give letter of intent ,if they give you can apply for HRD

No other way in vtu ,other universities does HRD without offer letter. You can contact some consultancy they might help you.

Legal procedure is ,you have to go to Belgaum or your any blood relation has to go there ,you may find other process as well.

Can payment for challan and VTU be made before going to the office?
Not recommended,coz tehsildar gets angry when he sees this.you can make it but Tesildar should not know and In case if your application get rejected due to any reason ,you will loose that money.Think it before payment.
