Hi, what are you supposed to write on the A3 size envelope? Also, what to do if our college doesn't sent the transcripts directly to the university and the University requires the transcripts to be sent directly from colllege??

I have a question: I have a Masters's degree's transcript and it is ready to send but the matter is my university didn't write marks (grades) separately for each year (Master was 2 years programme). Can it make problems, if so, can I send only a Letter of explanation for separating by myself each years' marks, because I had only a few marks in the second year?

Yes you need to pay the fees to WES for getting reference number and submit the WES Academic Form alongwith Transcript application in University. University will send your transcript to WES mentioning your reference number in the covering letter.

Hi, Can anyone please clarify my doubt? How many times can a student apply to university for transcripts, Let's say I graduated in 2022 & I applied for one copy or one set of transcript in Feb 2023. So, Can I again apply to university for one or more than one copies/sets of transcripts either in November 2023 or during any year after 2023 i.e. 2024,2025 & So on.

@@Mranonymous196 transcript is attested copy of your marks card inside a sealed envelope, if you open it it becomes unofficial transcript.
Consolidated marks card is all semesters marks in a single sheet.

hello! I did my freshman and sophomore (9 and 10) from a different school and junior and senior(11 and 12) from different. I will be giving improvement exam for 12 because I was sick and could have performed much better, plus I'm taking a gap year anyway.

There's a separate column for No. of Attempts. There it will be written that you passed in the 2nd attempt.
