Don't keep your mouth shut! That has ruined the friendship more then letting them know I like them, in fact once she knew I liked her, we have become better friends. It's going to hurt if you keep your moth shut, or if you say something and they reject you. But you never know till you try! Just don't be weird or creepy about it. Try and just go somewhere and kind of just slip it in there. If it's meant to be, its meant to be! I took the chance and she said no, but it didn't ruin or make things weird. She has very low self confidence and has trouble sometimes sharing her feelings, we have gotten to know each other well,for about 6 month's and she's opened up to me about very personal things with her life and her kids and she knows she can trust me and I won't hurt her. We work in the same building, but, not together, different areas, so we see each other most days, but we don't really work together. I'm trying not to be pushy and respect what she's been through, any help is appreciated, thank you !!

Not everyone likes to post pictures of them and their significant other. It's simply a good sign if she does. Each girl is different and many people just don't like to post that way a lot. If you are not interested in this gal you certainly don't have to be! It's best to treat her with kindness and respect but don't lead her on. Best of luck!
Does all of this apply to women post their divorce or if they have a dismissive attachment style? I feel all of this advice only works with a healthy woman who has secure attachment style and has done the work on herself. There are a MASSIVE amount of women who don't want to be pursued (or in reality don't want to be pursued by me if I'm being brutally honest). They want the security of your friendship, but not the risk of a relationship with you. So they care capable of putting out these signals because subconsciously they know it will attract you into their sphere, but the reality is they really aren't capable of being more... but they don't want you to not be around...just be around at their convenience and disposal... which provides them safety and control of their emotional safety.
lol It really can be confusing! Let me see if I can help. There are women who like to do the chasing but almost always they are toxic women. They like drama and playing games. I never encourage attracting toxic women. I teach how to attract the girl of your dreams and a happy long term relationship. As a certified coach everything I teach comes from my training. Oh, I couldn't agree more! Usually when a man feels he is doing all the pushing and pursuing it's because the girl is either 1. not interested (and the guy deserves to move on) or 2. she is toxic and likes to make men beg. That is a hard situation to find yourself in! I never suggest getting involved with a woman who is in a relationship. Im crushing on a woman work with, but I don't have her phone number. We are both switcher truck drivers and she always comes around me and when she does she's always messing with her hair. It's just a fine line of hanging out and still feeling like we're just friends and hanging out but breaking down that barrier so I'm not friendzoned. Before I was too friendly and too Beta and this time I'm trying to be more Alpha. There's no exact science to get out of the friendzone lol. Oh well, the recent update is I hung out with her for 3 hours at a park and besides giving her some flowers (which was not uncommon for me to do), I backed off and just chilled out with her like we used to do and then I thanked her for the opportunity of at least seeing what could be there between us. That I have no regrets. I'm still her friend but I'm going a different direction. Since then, she deactivated her FB. Stopped learning her Russian on her app and she had a 70+ day streak with that and has gone to the level of not viewing my Snapchat stories or sending me gifts in Pokemon Go. On one hand I want to say that this change in behavior means that my rejection bothered her but it doesn't make sense that she would do all that stuff and shut down if we were "just friends".

Well I dont know if a girl like me because some of the people that I talked to just see me as a friend if they did I didn't know growing up in life I was never taught how to talk to a woman but I am very respectful though of her I just dont know what I'm doing I'll I know is to be friendly that's it I can make people laugh and stuff to now

Usually when a man feels he is doing all the pushing and pursuing it's because the girl is either 1. not interested (and the guy deserves to move on) or 2. she is toxic and likes to make men beg. It's just a fine line of hanging out and still feeling like we're just friends and hanging out but breaking down that barrier so I'm not friendzoned. Before I was too friendly and too Beta and this time I'm trying to be more Alpha. There's no exact science to get out of the friendzone lol.
Oh well, the recent update is I hung out with her for 3 hours at a park and besides giving her some flowers (which was not uncommon for me to do), I backed off and just chilled out with her like we used to do and then I thanked her for the opportunity of at least seeing what could be there between us. That I have no regrets. I'm still her friend but I'm going a different direction.
Since then, she deactivated her FB. Stopped learning her Russian on her app and she had a 70+ day streak with that and has gone to the level of not viewing my Snapchat stories or sending me gifts in Pokemon Go.
On one hand I want to say that this change in behavior means that my rejection bothered her but it doesn't make sense that she would do all that stuff and shut down if we were "just friends".
