    What blowoff valve comes with this kit ? I didn’t see on the website

      You dont see it because it is included in the kit from Paxton. Its a Paxton provided valve.

    Brent, why did the client choose the Paxton (centrifugal) instead of say a Whipple (twin screw)? Could you elaborate on this question in general as well. That is, why people chose one style of supercharger over the other. How do they rank in terms of popularity? Why do manufactures choose the latter? Thanks!

      Here is a link to a TVS style. www.brenspeed.com/boss715r.html
      Many people have different reasons. From something as simple to maybe back in the day they had a centri on a fox body to price. Some like the looks and choose off of that. Many people in this case do not want to get rid of a Boss manifold so a centri is the choice. Some like instant torque so they go TVS, or others like how boost come is slower on a centri. All sorts of reasons like torque curve choice, price, appearance, etc... THANKS FOR WATCHING. Also, as for popularity... We sell about 50/50 so they are about the same on that.

    If you purchase the hand held turner with this kit, can you save the current RedKey - track tune on the tuner prior to uploading the new Paxton tune? Just in case you want to put the car back to stock some day. You do lose some cool features like launch control without the red key track tune. Of course look what you gain. HP=💪🏼. Thanks for the info as I am considering this set up for my Laguna Seca 😎

    Hi there. I have a 2011 with a Boss 302 intake. Don't want to change the intake so I'm thinking this is going to be the way I need to go. How much do you guys charge to put something like this together?

    720whp on 10 pounds on a roadrunner is impressive especially on pump gas...👍

    Brent I have a major question! Do you think it’s a good idea to do a centrifugal supercharger on my cobra jet setup? I can’t find a lot online about it being done so there is not a lot of resources.

    • @BrenspeedEngineering
      @BrenspeedEngineering  5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      That would be cool, you just need to fit an inlet pipe to it. I will likely do that on my car (High Mile Mustang) this year.

      Brenspeed that would be awesome! It would give me confidence on doing that to my car.

    Love your videos and input on the mods , I just don’t understand how my 2011 gt with roush stage 2 makes 560 rwh with a fuel pump booster

    • @blackonefifty
      @blackonefifty 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Didn’t know RS2 cars were supercharged. Thought that honor went to the RS3. Regardless, if your car has a Roush supercharger on it and you’re running the canned Roush tune you’re basically cutting your own balls off because Roush issues super conservative tuning (typically to sustain vehicle warranty). Try a third party tuner like Brenspeed, Lund, Palm Beach Dyno or AED and your car will wake up.

      @Rocketfpv 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      blackonefifty it’s not a roush car , I bought the supercharger stage 2 and I did get tuned on a dyno but they could only get 560 , they told me it was maxed out

      Could it be that it only comes with 47 lbs injectors?

    • @blackonefifty
      @blackonefifty 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ron Badcope 47’s are a little light in the pants even with a booster. Perfect for N/A builds but when boost is involved they leave much to be desired. Comparatively the VMP Gen 2 R comes with 56’s with their BAP setup. Get your hands on some DW95’s or FIC1000’s and the game will change for you.

      Ron Badcope also, looks like you’re probably on an 85mm pulley. Probably won’t hurt going a little smaller as long as you have the injector/fuel quality for it. Maybe even down to an 80mm.
