Easy no canning Pickled Eggs!

Often we all want to preserve something, but don’t have time for water bath canning and all of those things. So today I’ll share with you how I save money and time by persevering eggs, as part of my new series on persevering without canning! Plus if you’re new to canning or picking this is a great beginners video on how to get started on your own preserving journey!

Excellent advice, excellent video! I discovered one day and. I was making scrambled eggs for my family. I was short on fresh eggs, so I took a hard-boiled egg smashed it up really good with a potato smasher made it as smooth as possible and then I just added it to the pan while I was cooking my scrambled eggs and itmixed in and beautifully! So that’s just another way to use pickled eggs. Try it out and let me know what you think! 😅

Oh that’s an excellent idea!! I’ve never thought of that before!! I love having pickled eggs on hand as part of my emergency food supply . Whenever we have power outages or a snow storm, I always know I have something we can eat without needing to cook anything!!!

You know I'm ashamed to say I never thought about using pickled eggs in chicken/tuna/potato salad! I just always turned my nose up at the idea of eating a pickled egg BUT NOW I'll have to try it out!
