There's actually not much mystery in this song to understand... They're just telling a story. It's the absurd story of a rather beat-up guy who goes to the desert (I think near area 51) to have a trip. He wakes up tied to a hospital bed convinced he's been abducted by aliens but too stoned to remember their all-important revelations (he's so high that he shits himself several times in the meantime). That's the crazy story...there's not much to interpret. At most one can wonder if the guy was really kidnapped or not.Good choice!
