What do you mean when you say you had the ‘lift kit’ installed? Did you just crank the torsion bolts for the front? And the added half leaf spring, it didn’t add any lift to the rear?
MrEgopathy I don't work on cars so I just took it to the local aftermarket place in town. Had them put a "Ready lift kit" on the h3t... so whatever that kit includes is how they lifted and Leveled my truck. They lifted the back and front but just not high enough in the front... Check out the 1st video posted on the truck and how it set before I had them and 1" in front
Marcus, Where I live, no one wants to lift my H3T at all... They tried to say that they don't make a lift kit for my hummer anymore? I really want it lifted but don't know what to do?
Where do you live?? You can just order the lift kit and have them install it.. That really crazy Cruz just off hand I can think of three company's that make a lift kit for the hummer H3T. . or just tell them you want a lift kit for a Colorado Chevy truck or Cayenne because its literally the exact same thing!! Sounds like you just got some lazybones mechanics that don't do a lot of stuff like that.. Take your money elsewhere. .. Go to the biggest city close to you and make a few calls. I'm sure there are plenty of shops that do that kinda stuff... And go with the 4" lift kit!! I'm kicking myself because I got the 3 and 1/2 lift. .sad to say but lifting your truck is like getting tattoos...three inches is never enough 😞
@@dresden369 Hmmmmm I think there's the Rough Country 4" lift that most people go with.. I myself have a 3 and half inch lift. . I wish I did go with the 4" tho.. I believe you can also do a one inch body lift too but I'm not really to sure about that one. I'm looking into that one.. Some kinda way I think they lift the truck body off the framework too give a higher height.

Marcus Jordan ahhh gotcha. All I did on mine was level the front with the torsion bolts.
