My bullet has 1.5 turn fuel and 1.5 air screw ? It has slow idle and cold carb shauld i change ? Or bro mechanic tell to close the auxiliary air srew .shauld it be opened or closed
There is only one air screw in tthis carburetor. Turning in makes rich mixture and vice versa. If your spark plug seems Chocolate Brown in colour no need of adjustment of any screws. If it is black you may adjust either the air screw or the auxiliary air screw (opening of air screw makes the mix lean ). If the spark plug seems white you should decrease the supply of air. So first you close the auxiliary air screw and tune the carb. Then unscrew the auxiliary out to achieve a higher rpm. But it may not open more than 1 turn. Then ride a 100-200 kms to check the spark plug.
