Very important point you made in the end there. Not many mechanics follow this principle. Before I purchased my car, the brakes/front struts required replacing before the car could pass safety. These parts were replaced at a mechanic, that I did not choose and while the old parts were replaced with new components, the mechanic never bothered to return the old parts which I could have sold and recouped some of the costs required to replace them.
Edit: I understand that in most cases, customers do not want those parts back. However, I still feel like it's the duty of the mechanic to at least ask customers if they want them back.

The point is that the job that was done on this car was a shit job that caused the leak.

Forget about the coolant leak... that lifter tick needs to be fixed!! LOL
That ticking is so loud, I would doubt that it's the fuel injectors causing it. Actually on second thought, maybe one of the pulleys is bad???

First it's direct injection and second the microphone of my camera it's focus on the sound, If you watch my other videos with di engines you can hear similar sound.

@@SickCorruption I ended up needing to swap out the engine. Turns out there was metal shavings in the oil pan due to one of timing chain guards had a broken piece off it, which led to the timing chain slapping around. This is what was the "ticking" sound.
But after changing out the engine.. everything running perfectly now!
