5th AdMech in Tacticus - Sy-Gex, the Kataphron Destroyer

- As we're getting more and more Dark Angels, more and more World Eaters, rewORKs, we still are yet to receive the last AdMech character (sorry Nid players!). I wanted to share the datamines that we got 3-4 months ago and give some of my input- trying to design Sy-Gex as a character to fit the AdMech roster and Tacticus as a whole.
Oh, by the way- I know that I messed up his name in the video, I noticed it way too late to be able to fix it in a reasonable amount of time. I hope that you'll forgive me, it pains me to upload a video with a typo in it, but I don't have that much free time today :(

ı would like him to be a damage buffer so we can go fully mechanical without using eldryon.
While it could be good, unfortunately the model on tabletop doesn't have this sort of effects. The character that would fit the most would be Vitruvius, but well, he already is our +1 hit boi...
Okay, one thing that I thought about is that his passive could instead be:
Vehicles and Mechanical units hit by Sy-Gex get marked. Allied Mechanical units attacking the marked enemies have +60% pierce and deal +499 damage.
Yeah sure. More power to the overpower team xd
@@michastrozek2978 Ah, it's mostly Rho problem though. The rest of AdMech is fine as they are, Rho and his passive deserve toning down in order to not break the meta for a long, long time

If he has physical dmg, the dmg number will be high. Paired with calgar and eldy (thad?) he will be juicy char for GR

Tbh, Cawl also feels like a good Guild Raid Boss with his lore, powerlevel and possibilities of abilities :)
@TechPriestFred oh if he drops as a boss I won't be able to use admech to fight him and I will be screwed lol
@@julioe.4919 Im pretty sure that we will get an AdMech boss sooner than later, so Id really consider getting a second team running in the background if I were you

Possibly, since Thad would synergise with Sarq and Sy-Gex and they would also get buffed by Azrael. Sounds like a fun team for Arena and Tournament Arena!

No way. If this real, he just Revas on steroid
There is a big difference of applying Re'Vas to the battlefield and applying this potential Sy'gex build- Re'Vas has Flying with 3 movement, which means that she basically can seize the land and use her Active to hold it. Sy-Gex is only 2 movement without flying, so he will be heavily restricted by the maps, which will result in way less map control.
Re'Vas drones also play a big part in her tankiness and the power in PvP, since they grab the AI aggro and make ReVas survive waaay more hits because of the drones blocking the shots. I think that it'd actually be a Re'Vas sidegrade instead of straight upgrade
I hope it’s not this guy I hope it’s the Admech Sniper, Sydonian Skatros. I think it’s much cooler looking and this vehicle can be saved for machines of war
While it could be a Machine of War, I think that AdMech will most likely will get the Dunecrawler, since it's their most iconic vehicle :)

Noted, will try to improve the pronounciation! Managed to fix my "melee", so that shouldn't be a problem :D
