I just use the cerave moisturing cream, works well and can use it on any part of the body even lips! Less clutter and cheaper using multi functional products.
The Nighttime renewing moisturizer completely changed my opinion of Cerave. I absolutely love it. It’s perfect on top of tretinoin, nice and rich. I’m on my third jar of it.
Gotta disagree this time: I was already using their face cream and after a while when their eye cream went on sale, I decided to give it a try. Well, the consistency is very different and I think the percentage of actives is, too. Former face cream never really worked under my concealer, whereas their eye cream works wonderfully and it's so far the only one, among countless primers that I've tried, which actually doesn't make my concealer crease. I love it!
I use facial moisturizers under my eyes, along with concealer and still look like I haven’t slept in days. I have found nothing that corrects my dark circles as of this time, and I’m 58YOF. However, @Dr. Dray your videos are a game changer! 💯❤️
I do like the eye cream been using it for about two months now change in anything I have dark circles and hollows. But what I do like about it is it's not greasy or oily looking and does give you a moisturized look but it doesn't make your issues look better. If you need work, the work has to be done to get the desired look no creams will work.
I have a niacin amide hyaluronic acid serum. I use it on my eyes too. 🤷🏽♀️ I felt strange at first… I noticed I don’t really have dark circles… I have puffiness but that’s from not getting enough sleep…
pretty sure the moisturising lotion and the eye cream have similar ingredients anyway. and the lotion is better value for money. i still enjoy an eye cream but i don’t think they’re absolute necessities for literally everybody.
Use Vasile. I use it under, around, and on my eyelids. I'm 42, and I don't have ANY fine lines or wrinkles. Vasile is magic! Though I wouldn't suggest this if you have manilla (?) The little bumps under eyes. I've heard Vasile makes them worse.
I use 100% Pure (name of brand) coffee eye cream. I keep it in the fridge & use it when I wake up & make my coffee as I always awake with puffy eyes. It definitely works for me & it’s moisturizing & affordable for an eye cream. Using it for years. I’ve tried other caffeinated creams such as Philosophy but don’t like as much. It depends on your overall wants.
I have the Inkey List caffeine under eye cream, and I have been quite disappointed with its performance. Although unscented, it still seems to be irritating to my eyes & I have not noticed any visible difference whilst using it consistently. Albeit, everyone is very different & I have some significant dry eye issues, but the consistency of it is also just thick yet gloopy and difficult to describe…not the product for me, unfortunately. I hope to try the Cicaplast balm next!
i am prone to getting styes, do i need to be careful with what i moisturizer around the eye area with? after my face routine lately i just wipe with eyelid wipes but it would be nice to know i don’t have to wipe my moisturizer off.
Q for all: Does this Cereve stuff in general work good for fine lines? I'm 53 yrs old & I'm outside *all* the time esp in summer. I religiously wear sunscreen but fine lines are everywhere on my dry little face😩
I never get tired of listening to Dr Dray!

Is that the one in the jar?
@@BobRoss-wm3lc yes 👍
Heyy I have acne-prone oily skind am planning to get that. Is that have an oily texture?
@@dnbsvitkona3802it’s just a basic moisturizer texture
@@dnbsvitkona3802 I have very oily acne prone skin and I don’t find it to be oily in texture although I only use it at night before bed.
I use the ceravé night cream for my face and under eyes and really love it!
Which one? Does it contain retinol? Thanks for sharing
@@michespapernook it’s the Ceravé Skin Renewing Night Cream with the white and purple packaging. It doesn’t contain any retinol.
Me too, for over a year now. The CeraVe PM facial moisturizer is a must have for the under eye area. I love it.
It’s my holy grail.😀
@@turnbacktime65 it is wonderful, I’m glad you 💕 it too .
Cereve eye cream IS different. I totally got rid of my dry eyelids and flaky skin by using this on eyelid. Safely. It doesn’t drip.
Yes but I think she’s talking about how it works for dark circles and puffiness, which is different.

You need your head checked if this isn't a joke . Some people obsess over these derms and believe everything they say !!!@@Yomamuh420
Their face cream is very different than the PM lotion that she was referring to. Cream is a very different consistency and doesn't have niacinamide.
Exactly my first thought: is the % of ingredients different? Altho you can probably tell by the order of how they are listed.
Absolute facts, A real doctor. What a queen and a legend. Spoken like a true scientist.

So you still haven’t found anything that helps? I haven’t either. It’s because our dark circles are genetic.
💯
Yes same here, it's because our skin thins under the eyes.
Try a color corrector - they do help.

I just compared the ingredients on my Elf Holy Hydration face and eye cream they’re identical! Thanks for sharing this Dr Dray!
I believe ELF products are made in China :/
Which one is cheaper?
The elf holy hydration face cream is $14
I love eye cream! I can’t help it. A few months ago EYE bought N07 Radiance +. Good price too.
I don't wear concealer because it works so well

which is better for oily skin? PM moisturizer or ultra light gel?
I use the eye cream because I need the thicker moisturizer for my dry under eyes, and their moisturizers are too light for me!

We all know the best eye cream is the cicaplast gel I'm loving that at the moment

This particular product doesn't do anything noticeable to my skin. I tossed it because it wasn't enough of a moisturizer.
Totally agree
Please new treatment of Milia
This is one of my fav products, been using it for almost 10 years
Dr. Dray, what is your opinion of a caffeine cream, like what Inkey List has?

Thank you for saving me money and space on my vanity. 😀
It has caffeine and the texture is not a gel. It’s literally called a cream. I really like the cream but sometimes it’s old and separates in the tube.
This product caused me spots similar to Milia near my eyebrows and in the corners round the eyes. Why is that?
The purple packaged eye cream from Cerave made my fine lines more prominent
Oh no
Thank you doctor!! ❤️
You always look greassyyyyyy
Glowy
I like it..very glowy and well moisturized..our skin is like leather it must be conditioned and well moisturized
I already use the PM lotion because everything else irritates my eyes 👀!!
What about the purple peptide one?
I have tried this eye cream. I use my face moisturizer this seems to be more hydrating than this product.
I had a derm tell me that regular face creams can cause millia... I feel like they were just trying to get me to buy their eye cream
It depends, like body cream can be to much for face and some moisturisers are to much for eyes.
Bioderma Sensibio eye gel is great
Thank you
My eyes aren’t puffy. They are the opposite. Is there anything else on the market besides Cera Ve that doesn’t test on animals
This is my favourite eye cream❤❤❤
And what about the purple version?
Yeah what about the purple one.
This eye cream irritated my eyes so bad. Burning, red, itchy eyes. Had to stop after a few days…
Can u use the cerave cream in the jar? Isn’t that okay too ??
I apply it to my whole face at night and then I put on Vaseline. Sorry if this was not the answer you’re looking for, but I tried
I use the cream in the jar on my face. No clogged pores! Go for it!
The cream in the jar doesn't have niacinamide I believe. But yes, as she said you can use any moisturizer
I haven't seen a difference and I have been using it for several months.
