My go-to home remedy is to dye my face yellow using turmeric powder.
That way people stop asking about my dark-circles, and only ask about why my face is yellow.
    Thank you for reading.

Yeah me too. I hear that there's the option of injecting platelet-rich plasma under the eyes instead of dermal fillers, but I'm unsure of how true and effective it is so you might wanna do extra research on it. But I feel like it's a more natural option since there's no risk of filler migration or filler accidentally getting injected into a vein/blood vessel and possibly going blind if not caught in time to use hyaluronidase to dissolve it.

I've had dark circles since I was a baby... I never even learned how to cover them with concealer or anything because it ends up looking ridiculous. I hope one day I can go see a dermatologist and get them treated. Although I'm used to them I feel like it would increase my confidence so much not having dark shadows under my eyes 24/7. For my eyebags a different pillow helped a lot. I used to sleep on quite a high pillow, that bend the neck upwards (hard to explain) For other reasons I switched to an orthopeadic pillow that has a dent for the head to lay in so the head is in a straighter position when you lay on your back and for when you lay on your side the sides of the pillow are higher. Within 2 weeks the eyebags I had for over 20 years almost disappeared completly. So for me it was lymph-fluid built up because of my bad posture while sleeping. Hope that helps someone :) of course there are also other causes for eyebags.

I'm a physician myself and I really like your videos - and that you help colleagues with exams etc. I am astonished how bad education in dermatology is in medical school.... People are very sensitive to how they look; a good hair day is astonishingly disproportionate (rationally) with the emotional / self confidence / confidence effects. People who feel they look less attractive has a disproportionate effect as well. Personally I use products where all ingredients are legal in the EU, Would be interested in a video about potential concerning ingredients. Know nothing about Derm. so I may be over reacting.......Thanks again G

I realized into my mid teens that I had glasses+ deep set eyes+ horrible lighting+highly judgemental parlour aunties. And all this while I was mixing up salads on my goddamn face. Thanks, aunties. I will make sure to apply fair&lovely before coming to your teravi.😒

In my baby picture from the hospital, I have dark circles. It’s something I’ve always had. Now that I am 55, I have my dark circles and bags. Is there anything I can do to address the dark circles since they are hereditary? My nightly routine includes Neutrogena grapefruit face wash, Rose water Micellar Rose cleansing water, Tree of life Retinol and Neutrogena evening hydro gel acid. Morning morning routine includes Neutrogena grapefruit face wash, Micellar Rose cleansing water, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and Neutrogena hydro water boost which includes hyaluronic acid. I must say that since I started using this routine daily/nightly, my face has become more smooth and supple. Now I am just looking to address the dark circles that I’ve had all my life.

Hey guys, great videos. Like the time you take to educate people as well. Exactly my practice to my clients in my business for over 30yrs. Educate and instruct. Suggestion: I have one other cause of under eye dark circles and puffiness. Allergies. I never was effected by allergies my whole life until about 5 yrs ago. I started getting "Night Time Asthma" and congestion. I would be fine all day and then when i went to bed.... BAM! Can't breath....all congested and sometimes Asthma attacks..... then started noticing dark circles under my eyes .... thinking i was getting old.... LOL , despite being extremely fit and my fitness and nutrition expertise. I tried everything.... then I finally heard that my circles and puffiness could be from allergies..... after trying several products, I found a two product combo that totally eliminated them! Zero problem any more. I take them at night and wake up without any dark circles or puffiness.

@@jmoneydragon Hi Jordan, cool that you noticed my comment. You guys put together informative video's. Keep up the great work. I need to get going on my youtube page with my fitness & nutrition expert Myth Busting video's. OK, 1st everyone needs to understand that different products work differently with some people regarding allergies. So for me, I found that taking a decongestant Non Drowsy Phenylephrine HCI 10mg along with Allergy Relief Cetirizine HCI 10mg, before going to bed made a big difference. I hope this helps those people that dark circles are due to either allergies or poor sleep quality. Many people are allergic to "Dust Mites". When people go to their bedroom, the dust mites may be the agonist. I've also learned that some people have "Night Time Allergies"..... seams that some people, like myself become hyper sensitive to whatever cause my congestion in the evenings but not all day long. Also, anyone can become allergic to anything at any random time in their life. So what used to not trigger symptom's, may become the cause later in life. Like myself, I never had allergies until about 4 yrs ago. And at 1st they hit me extremely hard and after I went to bed. I was having anaphylactic shock. I could barely breath.... I started using an over the counter asthma inhaler and it worked great. I then also began doing everything to be sure to kill anything in my bedroom that was the cause/trigger of that. I really went after Dust Mites. Because you can't see them and my bedroom is very neat and clean and hard wood floors..... but after I went at it with several products, dust mite bed covers and for pillows. (Note: Lysol does also kill Dust Mites and Mold and Mildew for people that have those problems in their home causing allergic reactions.) it began to help. No more respiratory reaction when i go to bed. The extra information I rambled about what for others to think about when going after Allergies that could be causing poor sleep and dark circles in the mornings. I hope this is helpful and informative. If you guys have any questions on fitness, nutrition or exercise... feel free to reach out. I have an extensive background. Know as the Fitness & Nutrition Expert for ABC News for over 12 yrs, and so much more....

I am very much looking forward to the future video on eye bags. I swear I've had permanent bags for 10-15 years. I've heard it could be allergies, it could be related to eczema or dehydration. Not really sure the accuracy of any of those, just things I've heard.

The way I apply mine is I place it in the area where the top of my cheek and my under eye meet and then blend it up to my eye. For me it ensures the product blended well.
A HUGE tip though is to not use too much product at once. Heavy/thick creams can make your undereyes hollow, so just be sure to use small amounts

While using Jade roller it definitely gives a cooling effect. And yeah I used it by keeping in fridge. There is no lymphatic drainage as such. And not much reduce in dark circles (majorly cuz the work timings and sleep timings extend late for me)
. After using for few months I lost the touch of it. Now I use it whenever I feel like and not regular. So it all boils down to life style changes again. Good sleep, good water intake and monitoring screen time, good nutrition etc.
Another tip: These days some under eye creams or serums come with rollers try those.
