    Unfortunately can't remove the D.B killer on the stock exhaust it's actually welded in the muffler. Can't be cut put either as it attaches through the bend of the pipe.

    Hello friend excellent work and video as always,i have a question for you,i have seen to another video of yours that the only problem to install this fire torch cat is that you need a ring adaptor because the fire torch pipe has different diameter than the originals muffler pipe?Havent they predict that this part can be installed on the original exhaust?

    • @859Videos
      @859Videos  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You need to keep the oem spacer to use the factory slip on with the firetorch. Without it will not fit.

    Thanks for a great video. Other than the signage is it any different to the other Cat pipe on offer in the same advt on AliExpress?

      @@859Videos Okay will do. There is also another one on offer on AliExpress which has a larger can but appears to be without the cat. At least we all know exactly what your version sounds like which is great thanks.

    Have you tried wheelies on 2nd gear? Every time I try, I get like a power blip where it cuts off my throttle for a split second, it doesn’t do it in 1st gear.

    • @859Videos
      @859Videos  ปีที่แล้ว

      I can wheelie accidentally in 1st gear. My 1st night out I 12 o clocked I and it was the smoothest wheelie I've done. Came right back on 2 wheels with ease

    Does the stock exhaust can have a DB killer in it that can be removed?

    • @859Videos
      @859Videos  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm not sure; I think it can be removed. I haven't cracked it open to see. But there are 4 Alan key bolts so I'd assume it does.

    is there any sound difference from sport mod to eco mode?

    • @859Videos
      @859Videos  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have noticed it's quieter in eco, maybe due to how much heavier the throttle pull is; it is noticeable. I'll try and cover that next!

  • @carlofersini

    I really like the sound of the exhaust in this configuration👍 with the other mufflers you used instead it has a more empty sound

      @@859Videos however, with this sporty cat configuration and original silencer I think it is an excellent compromise. Here in Italy we are very subject to police checks🤷🏼‍♂️

    Any problem's with the bike?

  • @sheridancowling6257
    @sheridancowling6257 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Put the bike on a dyno with Air Fuel Ratios being measured with the stock muffler vs the Fire Torch.

    • @859Videos
      @859Videos  ปีที่แล้ว

      Sure, let me just roll it up on my dyno in my back pocket 😉🤣

    • @sheridancowling6257
      @sheridancowling6257 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@859Videos these bikes already run lean to meet emissions and it would be interesting to see if it runs dangerously lean or not with the fire torch.
      It's easy to claim no issues in the short run but in the long run you could be running the bike into the danger zone of lean and causing damage.
      It may not be a problem for you now but it could be a problem for the next owner.
      You would also get the added bonus of seeing if you are making more power or losing it.
      I've seen plenty of bikes make less power despite feeling better by butt dyno all because they were running lean.
      A simple fix for one of those bikes was to fit a baffle in the muffler tip. It no longer ran lean, made more power and felt better to ride.
      It's better to be safe than sorry.

    How is the bike riding? The handlebars wiggling at highway speed has me not wanting to buy one

    • @859Videos
      @859Videos  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I do experience said wobble occasionally, luckily it has the front adjustable suspension so play around with it and find a stiffness the works best for you. I have almost dumped it once due to the light front end, but thankfully the ABS system & Maxxiss tires saved me big time

    • @carlosvejar3938
      @carlosvejar3938 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@859Videos have you increased the preload on the rear to shift some weight forward?

    • @859Videos
      @859Videos  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@carlosvejar3938 I softened the front & rear. Handles a LITTLE better, but the speed wobble is only from the front tire not having enough contact patch. So i.e. a power wheelie or a bump and higher speeds.

    • @859Videos
      @859Videos  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@carlosvejar3938 I softened the rear & the front. I'm gonna do a video on covering a few things on the bike here soon.

    • @carlosvejar3938
      @carlosvejar3938 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@859Videos I think you should stiffen the rear. That transfers weight to the forks increasing your contact patch and the stability of the front end.
