      Thank you Pat for the generous feedback. Much appreciated. Your correct, this is the journey to where I really wanna go in this industry. Be a cool journey to follow. I want to document my rise to my dreams and hopefully inspire and help others do the same. It's all cool and fun.

    Nice video, like seeing how you handle dealing with the previous installers poor workmanship! Roll with it.

      Yeah man, I just hate when these guys overtighten those set screws and kill that torsion bar. Makes the job terrible and a big pain in the arse!

    Okay mine had the same damage. I replaced the top 16 foot brace, straighten the top panel door brace and put back in with pop rivets, added reinforcement place like yours. Replace loose hinges, springs and cables, back in business. I would have called you, but I am in OKLA. The retired mechanic strikes again.. Suspension and dealing with springs almost every day. I am thankful for the videos.

      Thank you sir. Yeah spring jobs are cake walk. Still hard to believe the garage door industry literally is a career and pays so well and the work isn't bad at all. Of course, there is more of a "SKILL" in the form of like an "ART" to be handy and good with customers at the same time. But that's natural for me, lol. Love this stuff though seriously.

      @@danielsMotor What? Oh man, I don't know what your plans are but the garage door industry will do you right real quick man. If your blessed and come from a good financially backed family then great but if not, I'm telling you sir, the garage door industry is so overlooked and under the radar it's not even funny. This career can literally change your life. No kidding. And no need for many years of college schooling. This is one field that will never go away. No matter what happens in society or with the economy, people always need their garage door fixed when it breaks and traps their vehicles in the garage.

    Hello. Thanks for all the videos! What booking/crm software are you using?

    • @dapperdudesgarage
      @dapperdudesgarage  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I’n running a booking and dispatch system through my cell carrier, Verizon. It’s pretty good. Right now it’s a neat software. Cane with GPS trackers for any employees I hire so at home or in the office we van see live where everyone is etc.
      If I’m honest, for the longest time we simply used google calender. Its amazing honestly. Check it out. It’s truthfully about all you need.
