Back in the day (20 yrs ago), when I studied Personal Training , it used to be .5 a gram of protein per body weight, so basically half your body weight which is more attainable, idk why suddenly now its your whole body weight...?
I’m new to your channel, you mentioned your vacuum cleaner maybe fixing to go.. I have a friend on here she has a channel anyway she has the same vacuum as you do and she said the very same thing a week ago. She actually bought another vacuum a much cheaper one. She said it got to bothering her that she hasn’t had it very long and she said so she took it apart and empty it out and cleaned whatever needed to be cleaned! She even washed the filter and dry it. Then put it altogether and turned it on and she said it worked like it did the day she bought it. She said it’s way to expensive just to trash it, now it works and she can return the new one... Thought I would share that with you before you bought a new one...
Yes, I have a Dysonclean filter and let it dry for 24 hrs.
