Love watching your videos. This video hit home for me the most. Sometimes I feel like a hoarder and I know I have way too much stuff. Lol. I sometimes have problems letting things go. I love the thrift stores and most of my and my girls clothing comes from thrift or consignment stores. And we have a lot! I saved all of my older girls clothes to save for my youngest. When I gave a friend all the baby clothes from newborn to 12 months there were 12 trash bags full! My closet is overflowing with more stored in my basement. I don't spend alot of money on myself and am extremely frugal about most things. But I also grew up poor and didn't have alot so now I have a problem with clothing especially and letting things go. We were poor but didn't know it because we had everything we needed and a home full of love. I have been trying to go thru things to get rid of because I want to be more minimal and in my mind I think things will be easier if I can get rid of the clutter of things I don't use. I work a full time job, have 2 girls 3 and 5 and my 5 year old is autistic. I'm gearing up to start homeschooling and looking at hand surgery in the next couple of months. My husband works overtime so we can make ends meet so he works most days. We are an ingredient family so I make most things from scratch every day ( I get up at 4 am on the days I work to put supper in the crocpot). I feel like I have alot on me and always feel alone and just so far behind. Thanks for letting me know I'm not alone. Sorry for the long post. With love from a country girl in the NC mountains.
The expression nip it in the bud means to put a quick end to something. This phrase comes from the garden but has branched out. When a leaf or flower is beginning to form, it's just a little bud, and if you nip it - cut it - then it won't grow.
Hi Erica, I relate to the title,I had gone through this over the past yr, I did some looking at myself as i went through the house and I got my answer,as you will we get the chance to nip it in the bud; I think that hutch is meant to be with you it's perfect for that corner!So little story my AA sponser went and tried to work at a detox/recovery hm and she lasted a yr she got burnt down and she was 17 yrs sober at the time.I think it's awesome that you and Jeremy have a great relationship and you can keep your kids gathered in love together,no matter what you both went through to decide to separate .I bet Joe's excited to be starting school.What a beautiful view I would live on the porch.God bless you all 🕊️💚
Give you a tip ! Don’t have a junk drawer! I used to but it is an excuse to keep things l will never fix. Now I have a place to keep each thing l need! I made an area for office supplies , sewing kit , paper supplies , electronic box or drawer. Try to have a home for everything you have!

I watched you tube videos before I moved and learned to pack according to the room and mark the box to which room it goes in. The hard part was getting rid of stuff after we moved that didn’t fit in the space😂 I am excited to watch the Q and A video you and Jeremy are making!! If you have roof leaks, try a product called GLASS COAT. Home depot Carry's it. It is good stuff. Good for older models homes. And helps with reflection of sun. And it is white in colour. Cheri from Massachusetts

Nope, you aren’t a hoarder, you are just like the rest of us…busy, lots of people and animals to care for….and spending 6 bucks at the thrift store is a small price to do something nice for you. As to Jeremy, he certainly seems like a good man that any woman would be happy to be married too. He is obviously I love with this family you two have made. I do understand in any marriage needing some space. I hope you two can find your way back to each other as you both make an incredible team. My dad was born in Lincoln county. I used to be a cater for the elderly and after a few years I had to change jobs. I used to go to their house etc. You get attached to people and have to see how some have children that don’t care about their elderly, the administration same, so I have to stop, couldn’t do it anymore ❤❤❤
