Hi Erica I love the stain and flowers on the back porch, so im wondering if it's a waterline because I had that issue and the park mng came and had to dig ad replace the pipe.Being in a park its their responsibility if it's not in your house.If its a rain issue maybe you and Jeremy can dig a french drain type thing to move the water away from the house .I have a area near my driveway like that and the park was like it's " not a issue"🙄 so we dug a french drain they never said anything.I put a flower bed in and called it good 😂Im happy to hear you had a positive experience with the school Joe's going to,Im the same way with the judgment stuff, however I think it's cool we can adjust ourselves to meet conditions as they are!God bless you all and have a great day 🕊️💚

I don't understand why they just don't just total the double wide. It seems like to me they are going to have to spend more money putting it back to where it was. What color is the stain you used? I need to re-stain my front porch deck and I love that color. If you could plant a Weeping Willow Tree where all the water is, that tree would suck it all up. Let me tell you Momma, you sure the heck don't look like you have had 5 children. Looking good Momma!
An acrylic porch door roof cover would maybe help with the water. I dont know the proper name for them! You fix them above the door.
Septic or water pipe issue?? You need to get that looked at asap...mold
