Looks very nice and welcoming.
The black cabinets look great. If those are pansies, they don’t like extreme heat. They’re usually a late winter, early spring flower.

Those pansys. can last all season if you cut them way back after the bloom start to droop. They’ll bloom all summer in partial shade and good snipping or deadheading. Very pretty cabinets.
Some people use to call that first cabinet you painted black ( a built in buffet ). Like you, im not sure either but love the black. Good job. Kitchen is looking good. Counter tops look great too. Good job you two. Great job on grocery haul Jeremy!

You have to water hose flowers at night, or early mornings when it’s cool, and water them a lot, just douse them! Direct sunlight is probably to much
Your cabinets came out great! One flower that loves direct sun is, Petunias and boy do they grow.

Pansies are a cold weather plant, verbena, Lantana and petunias and vinca, and begonias are summer plants that can take the heat.
I thought you were making a bad choice with the black cabinets but on the video it looks okay. I also thought the counter top paper was a mistake but on the video it looks okay. But you are probably right it won’t last. I would of painted the counters. It is extremely easy with counter top paint. I know someone that just painted their black counter tops white and it came out fabulous. Actually this person used appliance paint I guess it’s durable…. Your kitchen looks nice you are doing a good job. The floors done will be beautiful. Good luck….👍👍

Hey friend! Love, love, the cabinets, looks great! I am getting ready to do my countertops as well. I grow sunflowers( biggest one grew was 12ft tall) her name was hazel, even made front page of my sm town!😅😅. I also baby my ferns. You both should b proud of urselves to be on that friendship level still, life is to short for bitterness and it does reflect on kids. Right on! Love ur decor. Much love here in Missouri
Snake plants, aloe vera need very little water and mild light. I love sunflowers. Good job on the cleaning
Hey my friend, I love the kitchen! Impatience’s is my go to flowers for the summer but this year it’s the flowers that you planted in your front garden, the English garden ones. My flowers are all in planters so easy peasy clean up. I think it’s awesome you and Jeremy get along so well, it so equal as far as responsibilities, love it! Actually leaving the hardware on was the harder way because you had to cut in a lot. To me anyway. You could do the butcher block or marble look with laminate. That is what we are doing in our mobile home. It is easy to work with and very durable. We did our backsplash with marble and will be doing the countertops with butcher block style. We have had the marble look laminate in our kitchen where we live now for about four years and it looks the same as when we put it in. It's not mismatched, it's eclectic. That is what designers do. I would rather not wear gloves when gardening because the dirt can have health benefits for you. Thank you for sharing.
Need to wake up the roots on flowers. Open the pod a little before you put in dirt.

Aren't you supposed to wipe off stain after you paint it on? Im.not sure about that but that's what I've seen others do.
