I have been working in LnD for the past 15 years and have met several trainers. I am happy to say that you have the most simple and effective methods to explain the concepts. I am diligently following your short sessions and sharing with those who need to understand the basics.
Congratulations and thank you for sharing your knowledge.

Vry well explained the topic but as a management professional I think coaching is a system to ensure continuous motivations and talent utilization is through coaching nd mentoring process. The following methods can b used to audit this system such as interviews, observation, Questionnaire , secondary data, Documents nd Reports etc.in brief. Also it should be well structured, Extent to which it is understood,How well it is implemented, Extent to which Organizational needs r met, Clarity of objectives r some of the key factors which r very important in brief in my opinion . Vry Impressive lecture.Thanx.👍

[To me, Coaching is] the art of seeing others' FULL potential and offer help to live it.

Coaching is where a coach who does not have subject matter expertise asks in-depth questions to help the coachee to arrive at a point that they wanted to arrive at the beginning of the coaching conversation.

Coaching is a conversation in a safe space, where the coachee gains new perspectives that unlock the potential inside of them

I would say that coaching is helping someone to achieve, unlock, or realize their full potential.

🙂 I think I hit pretty close to the mark - I'll attribute that to the fact that I watched your "intro to coaching" video just the other day.
Irina, I liked that the GROW model is consistent with your LNA model. Determine the vision, asses the current situation, identify the gaps, and figure out how to proceed. I especially liked the CLEAR method, which I found easy to remember. I was reminded of a webinar on "just" listening which I attended earlier this year, which incorporated elements of coaching without naming it as such. I've been thinking that I'd like to be a better listener, and I think underlying that sentiment is a desire to have a coaching leadership style.
And that tip about the coachee needing the *will* to grow is SOO important! I've been frustrated before by not acknowledging this prerequisite.

@Wyrdfell09 listening is one of the hardest and (at times) underestimated skill any professional can have. Regardless of your role. Kudos for working on that!
