    I like the thing about asking what confidence means to you… to me confidence relates to self-worth and skillsets and the fact that she was relaying on an outside process or system to do that for her raises a flag that she might need more inner work….

    A powerful question I might use in place of the second one is “What needs to change?” This is particularly true when getting to know a client. It shows you how much insight they have. If they focus mostly on external things you can help them to question the more internal workings. If they already have good insight, you can really get a sense of whether they think the cause is a behavior, a thought process, an old belief, a lack of goal, etc. and help them explore that.

    Love your words! It’s so true, keep it simple. I am currently in a transformational journey, where I fallowed my passion quit my jobs, and took a leap of faith. Why?
