Wrist pin is too small for that piston allowing the piston to slap around and thus changing the compression and piston stroke duration while running. This could make you think you had a carb issue and rattle and tap and knock.
You put the wrong size wrist pin for that piston because the one that came with it didn't fit the rod lmfao and you say the bike is still running that goes to show how fucked up you can put an engine together and it will run maybe not to well but hey it fucking runs 🤣🤣🤣
Put the rings on the piston, oil them, insert the piston partially into the bottom of the Jug and leave the hole exposed. Ive been doing it this way since way before you were born
Love the zip ties and bias plies references. I tried the same kit on my 110. I had the same issue, pin and cylinder didn’t fit. Apparently it’s not a big bore kit its a 125 kit for a 125.
If you want your Cam chain to fit how its sposed to just have the Bottom of the jug milled so the length is 68 mm then basically you will have a big bore
Or actually It won't be a big bore because you probably noticed that the piston was a little smaller because with the longer stroke the piston is the little smaller

The oil scraper ring should always be the more stout looking one the compression ring is normally a silver color or Chrome It just looks like you got them mixed up in the video I don't know please let me know though out of curiosity
I just tuned my lifan daily moped from 50cc to 110cc so i think you are just a dumb mechanic.. in my case the cylinder was too long, the cylinder neck didnt fit into the engine and the timing chain was too short, 3 hours on the mill and it fits like a glove

I worded this wrong. The bigger 150cc block cylinder wont fit inside the 110cc crankcase. You could probably bore out the cylinder hole in the crankcase

Bruh, put the rings on the piston and set it in the cylinder BEFORE you connect the rod, lol

Dont do it. The 125cc didnt fit. Just rebuild it to the stock bore size
And to this day this motor still runs but its on my friends bike
