Actually, that's not Cartoon Network Philippines. That's Cartoon Network Southeast Asia. That's why whenever they had a contest, they would always give their postal address, which is in Shau Kei Wan, Hong Kong

I mean, from my assumption, the Jester handover animation here (Jester was a mascot in early era of Cartoon Network in the 90s) that was shown in Asian/Australian feeds here because the TNT Asia channel branding here was different from other TNT feeds (Asian/Australian feeds had the logo being yellow oval with blue text, uniquely to the region, other feeds including main US one had the standard logo yellow oval with red text), so the transition had to be splitted with "fade out-fade in" transition to accomodate this, rather than having continuing sequence of TNT logo as in the case of most European feeds at that time. The Jester handover animation would continued even after the channel rebranded to Turner Classic Movies (TCM, in the US, TNT and TCM are separated channels with different programming focus), especially in some European feeds such as Poland and Central/Eastern Europe til' mid-2000s when they updated its handover sequence following the introduction of then-brand new CN logo in 2005.
On TrueVisions in Thailand, Cartoon Network used to timeshare with TCM/TNT until 2001 when it separated 2 channels! However back in Feb 2005, TCM returns to TrueVisions but now no longer

@@lr103au79 It is still around as a channel. They only moved studios as the lease on the old but very legendary building ended.

Slight different to the European version which available elsewhere on YT, the Asian/Australian version had fade to black transition.
