Claudine Barretto and Rica Peralejo were at the height of their ABS-CBN careers around this point (thanks to Gimik) as well as Jao Mapa, but they were allowed to film a GMA Telesine project alongside Onemig Bondoc (of T.G.I.S. and Villa Quintana fame).

The show was hosted by actor and then outgoing San Juan mayor Jinggoy Estrada. In these bumpers, Estrada takes on youth trends and issues with guests Priscilla Almeda and couple Dominic Ochoa and Jana Victoria.

Dumpit-Murillo was a news anchor for ABC 5's flagship news program "Balitang Balita" beginning in 1995. Her departure four years later was mired by controversy and lawsuits that lasted for more than a decade, stemming from accusations of illegal dismissal and owed back wages.

While not related to the then smash hit movie that came out a few years before, "Sassy Girl Chun-hyang" is clearly capitalizing on its popularity with that title choice. Han Chae-young and Jae Hee play the eponymous character and leading man respectively. GMA managed to air the series around September the same year the series debuted in South Korea, although to be fair it only had 17 episodes.

The campaign ad of Alfredo Lim when he ran for senator twenty years ago. He won but had the rare distinction of resigning so he could once again run for Manila mayor in 2007. Fred Lim's numerous stints as mayor were often mired by controversy, earning him the moniker "Dirty Harry" in the process. Lim passed away in 2020 as one of the few notable entities that contracted COVID-19.
