Oh man I remember the Apple and Cinnamon commercials. It started off as the Apple always trying to get into the cereal first before Cinnamon but then later on, they became friends and entered the cereal together
i'm an Australian 2000s kid who grew up just watching ABC networks, so i don't relate to a lot of these. i grew up more with stuff like Mister Maker, Dirtgirl, Ruby Gloom, old Garfield specials and watching stuff on the internet, but even then, a few like Silly Bandz, the Club Penguin ad (despite never having played it), Wizard 101 and Trash Pak brought me back, man :) people used to trade and collect Trash Paks all the time at my primary school and put them on their pencils, and i remember seeing people either trading Silly Bandz or making bracelets with these things called Loom Bands all in a circle together. does anyone also remember Squinkies? they were kinda the same deal like Trash Pak, but they were these cute tiny little characters, usually animals and fairy-type things. i also remember Mighty Beans being a thing. they were these bean-looking capsules with metal balls in them, and their whole schtick was that you were supposed to roll them down a track and they'd race each other. people used to bring Zhu Zhu Pets to school too and they'd race them around or just show them off. it was nicer back then :)
I can't let these times go my friend told me I was having a mid life crisis like I really have metal issues that were more manageable when I was younger & these ads take me back to that time....God help me
Yeah I can't let it go either. I can't think of a single thing happening right now that I'll be nostalgic about twenty years from now, too. Feels like I just exited the "Fun" part of history.
I was born in 2000 and I miss seeing some of these commercials and shows on TV. Major nostalgia for me was waking up every morning before school in like 2007 and seeing the deep sea bionicle commercial.
Also born in 1990. I remember my Gameboy color, my Sega Genesis, when the first KH came out, when we stopped using floppy disks, when DVDs became mainstream, being sent home from school on 9/11 and watching that footage on TV, playing with my bike and my Skip-it, my Easy Bake oven, running home after school to watch Toonami which was playing things like Tencho Muyo, DBZ, Gundam Wing and Outlaw Star…I guess I’m one of the old people now, but I still feel young at heart.
My god, the Bionicle commercial went hard in soo many ways. Deep Sea $hit, borderline Lovecraft, Golden mask like the King in Yellow, Ocean origin of all life, sick theme for literally no reason... Man I want to go back...
@@hypervenom6200 Hey, I was born in 1999, which means I turned 10 in 2009, and I sympathize with this user. I remember the 2000's pretty well, for the most part.
It feels like there was more effort and heart put into entertainment back then, the escapism was the best! Things now a days seems souless and half assed. It's like the more technology gets advanced, the less people try and really make things good and genuinely entertaining. The compensations we made back then for the lack of high tech made us try way harder and the results were amazing. It was like the movie Avatar was the start of the end because everyone wanted that quality and they never stopped to think about the story or how real and aesthetically pleasing practical effects can be. Look at Spider-Man 2, that movie was a perfect mixture of CG and practical effects and it looked amazing for its time and the story was so good too! In my opinion, the 90's and the 2000's were the best times for escaping reality when needed. Now I can never escape because everything is political and completely transparent to the motive of the corporations funding everything. As much as this saddening, we still have places like TH-cam and the Internet Archives to escape all the madness and I'm very grateful for that. Maybe someday we'll regain the soul we lost.
Mainly I think of what we had on Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, and Disney Channel. But in reality PBS Kids and Discovery Kids kicked ass too. I also love how you’ve also dug into the early 2010s a bit…for those of us born in like, 97, 98, 99, and 2000 who were kind of hanging on to these channels after 2010.

It’s not about labels for labels sake. People are naturally inclined to socialize with others close to their age more than people way older or younger
I never would have thought that I'd be 23 laying in bed wanting to go out and buy a set of bionicle for me and my 4 yr old
2000 baby here, can confirm this is pretty nostalgic, and i recognize most of it.
Same, I feel old now
1999 baby here. Turning 24 this year. This is also nostalgic to me.
I miss the 2000’s so much I never knew what I had until it was gone.
NICE! What a time to be a 2000s kid.
Me too
To this day those Bionicle commercials make me want one
Gathered friends, listen again to our legend...of the 2000s.
Damn. My childhood. I'm gonna be 29 this year. Dosent feel that long ago
Just turned 29. 20 years later. If I'd known what I was gonna be up against once I crossed 18. I would've went so much harder as a kid. But I was too focused on getting grown to do... whatever the hell I'm doing now.
Same I’m not sure wtf happened time went quick right
I’m sad that this period is over but I’m grateful I got to grow up in such an amazing time period and got to watch beautiful cartoon made with heart and not driven by profit
Same here dude, same here.
It’s crazy to think about all those home vhs tapings of tv channels, and how now you can say having the commercials is the exciting part.
Nostalgia is a hell of a drug
The nostalgia is hitting me in the feels.. I'm 27 and I remember almost all of these 😭
I can't let these times go my friend told me I was having a mid life crisis like I really have metal issues that were more manageable when I was younger & these ads take me back to that time....God help me
nothings wrong with wanting to enjoy these things from your childhood everyone needs an escape sometimes with the shit going on in the world now
Yeah I can't let it go either. I can't think of a single thing happening right now that I'll be nostalgic about twenty years from now, too. Feels like I just exited the "Fun" part of history.
Prayers and blessings to you, brother. You are not alone.
Y'all ever wonder how they managed to get their hands on the nostalgia
My 2000s nostalgia I'd like to share is watching Deal or No Deal, My Name is Earl, iCarly, Drake and Josh, and SpongeBob on CRT TV. Good times.
It was the CRT and also those big ass grey bezel ones the that were sort of flatscreens but not really.
You forgot Qubo as well.
If you told me at 12 that when I'm almost 30 I'd be watching nothing but commercials on purpose I wouldn't believe you for a second 😂😂😂
Finally figured out a good way to fall asleep now, forget those soothing sounds
being born in 2006 most of this stuff i remember still
Those bionacle commercials were epic
Watching this as someone born in 1990, these commercials seem recent rather than nostalgic. I must be getting old.
I was born in 2000 and I miss seeing some of these commercials and shows on TV. Major nostalgia for me was waking up every morning before school in like 2007 and seeing the deep sea bionicle commercial.
Yep, and soon 2010's kids will see their stuff as nostalgic while 2000's see it as recent
5:18 the Total Drama Island credits followed by a Chowder promo I’ve never seen before? Double the fun for me
My god, the Bionicle commercial went hard in soo many ways. Deep Sea $hit, borderline Lovecraft, Golden mask like the King in Yellow, Ocean origin of all life, sick theme for literally no reason... Man I want to go back...
If I were to meet myself when I was still living through this... Id call myself old...
that bonicale clip was like better than all the transformer movies combined
The zoo pals one is such a nostalgic one, I haven't heard it since i was young but remembered it like I've heard it recently
damn this hits hard, i was born in the year 2000 so all of this was my life. i miss those years so much.
Bro stop it you were 9 at most
@@hypervenom6200 Hey, I was born in 1999, which means I turned 10 in 2009, and I sympathize with this user. I remember the 2000's pretty well, for the most part.
@@SpeedyBlur20001999 here too and I miss these days so much
@@SpeedyBlur2000 Same.
They even make video games half assed and put no effort into them these days too.
@@jasonlejuan975Preach. It feels like almost every sci-fi game made in the past couple years looks the same.
I miss the old Days. Time back then was so Simple.
late 1990s and early 2000s is golden age for kids.
The same was said about the 60s and 70s
I was born in 2005 and yet I know most of these. Good times
Can't believe that my years in kindergarten were over two decades ago...
Good lordy, I'm only 24 and already feel like I'm old. XD
I was in kindergarten 10 years ago.
I started kindergarten in September 2004, about to be 20 years wtf.. I can still remember some stuff so vividly
"We were just having fun, we didn't know we were making memories"
I love watching old commercials so much
Mainly I think of what we had on Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, and Disney Channel. But in reality PBS Kids and Discovery Kids kicked ass too.
I also love how you’ve also dug into the early 2010s a bit…for those of us born in like, 97, 98, 99, and 2000 who were kind of hanging on to these channels after 2010.
As a kid, I would just be so impatient for how many commercials came on, I wouldn’t think then that I would be watching almost a 40min video of mostly ads lol
"Wish we could turn back time to the good old days"
*-Twenty One Pilots*
"And now we're stressed out."
I was there for it all....the pain the memories cut deep
"Yes, there are times in our lives that we wish we could relive, but if we already lived them perfectly, why live them again? The adventure of life is that there's always something new, new challenges and new experiences. Life isn't about going back, it's about going forward." -South Park Teacher
only 1 second in and i'm already sobbing
the dvd sound hit different ;)
God I miss the 00s so bad
Bionicle's are so badass to this day lol I loved the PS2 games
it makes me cry because i long for this feeling yet again
"I wish there was a way to know you were in the good old days before you actually left them."
I remember the 2000's better than the 90's since I was born in 1993
im born in 2003 imma late 00s kid/early 10s kid us “3” year borns would be kids in the late part of the decade we was born in and kids in the early part of the next decade
@@WedarealsinnasI'm born in 2004 and I wonder if I am a late 00s kid/early half kid as a school boy?
I was born in 2009 but I loved the early to late 2010s.
@@lovecupcakex642When I was born in 2004, I was a child and to a 14 year old and I thought to this decade saying that I was stuck in this decade.
POV: Your Born in 2007-2008 and you are 1 and a half watching Pokémon reruns on your Philips TV, while eating Reese's Puffs.
Holy crap the first few seconds were a wave of nostalgia.
bro this video would be so good to take a nap to, it makes me feel like being a kid whos home from school sick
"Oh hey look, a 2000's Nostalgia Compilation, might as well give that a watch."
"Coming soon to theaters"
"Okay off to a good start-
*"For centuries the bottom of the deepest sea-*
*"OH MY GOD YES!!"*
Every time someone comments that they remember the bionicle commercials it warms my heart
@@Inf4m0us555 I've been longing to see the bionicle commercials in 2000 compilations for some time now, so I can't tell you how taken aback I was to see it first thing that I audibly exclaimed and then began doing an air guitar to Creeping in my Soul. Felt like a kid again for a brief moment.
Bro when bionical came up after coming soon to video and dvd… I had a major flash back to 2006 and 7
@BigSully13 for real, my younger years flashed before my eyes then
Man that zoobomafoo one got me, I used to watch that every morning before school and I think it was on again after school😊
I just willingly spent 37 minutes and 54 seconds watching commercials.
No amount of words can express how eternally grateful I am to have been a 2000s baby and a 2000s toddler❤️
Ok. Great.
It's funny how a lot of us are watching the exact thing we didn't really care for while we were watching our Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon
Nice compilation, all these things take me back. I have all six Barraki, still have my full Bionicle collection and always will. Also still have a lot of the Bionicle video games.
You and me both. I've got all 6 Piraka and a box full of parts and full models.
@@Inf4m0us555 Twins! I got all six Piraka as well! The Piraka and Barraki were my two favorite villains, also got all six Toa Inika.
I can't believe were the last generation to have an REAL childhood.
The times when a clown walking down the street, handing you something, and sitting and eating with you wasn’t scary.
Ending it with the Sponge-bob Outro was hauntingly good.
The Wii Shop Channel was where I was able to play some of the good titles from older Nintendo and Sega consoles like the NES and Super Nintendo, including Super Metroid, and The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.
i’m finna be 20 this month 😢❤mann ima show my kids alll the stuff i grew up with and the 90’s stuff ❤
I really miss all of this. The good old days were one of the best days of a lifetime
damn some of these really do a number on a single headphone
Damn…..life hit hard those days..watching those ads and waiting for your show to start 😭😭
Watched this and cried. I miss when life was simpler.
Oh my God the coming soon to DVD hit me like a truck
Bruh i was born 2008 but u can just feel that nostalgic energy man i wish i was born in 90s so i would have experience this 😭😭
I grow sad at the thought my kids will never be able to understand what it was like for me to grow up during the 2000s.
Idk how but you conjured all the good stuff! Thank you dear person for this journey. I cherish it.
MAN the first bionicle commercial with creeping in the dark !!!!!! so good
